Except that there are two people involved, you and the child. Seeing as the child didn't ask to be involved in this whole affair, your rights take a back seat to the childs.
actually there are three poeple involved. Your are also forgetting the father. What happens if he wants the baby? hasnt there been trials or whatever where the father was debating that he wanted the child but the mother wanted an abortion?
OMG!!! I personally know 8 women who had abortions because the "father" told them to go to hell, not my baby, not going to help you. All of the woman for various reasons, ranging from guilt, embarrasment, life threatened, to disowned by family made a tough choice. I am proud to say I was a friend, and helped them emotionally the best I could. Everyone of them is now emotionally scarred, but it was their choice.
Its easy for you the public to point fingers saying "she is a murderer", well put up or shut up, each one of you who condem women for abortion, go adopt, stop posturing, and make a difference...what ?? to young to do that...then get a bit of life experience before commenting on adult topics. <those who have adopted who post on these boards,you have my undying respect>
I agree on the point that abortion should not be a tool of casual birth control, but what about the mental health of the mother? Before you get to uppity, I have two beautful sons, I love them to death, I like to think I am a good father, so I see the otherside, I am not a bitter fatherless bastar*, ok maybe I am a bastar*.....
