ESO support still bad as ever!

    I forgot my password and secret question. After trying to return 2 weeks ago, I locked my account down through failed logins.

    The support was fairly decent - got a response within 2 days. The two follow up responses were both on the same day.

    My experience in the 1 year + I played. ........Terrible customer service and yes I to was banned for complaining. What it is like now.....I have no idea  and have no interest in having anything to do with the game.

    Yep lot of us out there. Sad part is if they would listen to some of us just a little they would be a lot better off. But right now the support team is really non existent. When you complain about major game breaking issues they really need to listen more instead of banning. 
    I'm not perfect but I'm always myself!

    Recently tried the game again after a long lay off.  In under a week I have two characters unable to complete quests due to area transition triggers not firing ( same bug that has been there since beta ).  Put in CS tickets and all the reply you get apart from the cut / paste try these steps, is thanks for that we'll let the devs know it isn't working.  No moving the quest on or porting the characters past the bugged trigger just duh! ok.  Worst CS for any AAA MMO.

    I sent them an email asking them to look into an issue I have - I can't log into their support site. They sent me an email back telling me to log into the support site to raise a ticket. They evidently don't read the emails they get.

    Same sold 2 accounts and was pretty fast  support changed email and secret question   its was some time ago closer to release
    Right now gw2 support is very very very slow

    Take these OP posts with a pinch of salt, played since start and have not had one quest issue bug bad shit happen or slow support. It is just as usual the minority that might have a complication happen and then it becomes the focus of everything, making it seem like the sky is falling.

    Well sure it may be falling for those with the odd issue here and there but it is far from the real picture. Nothing but fluidity and good gaming feel from ESO for myself that is. You will of course see more unhappy folk replying here other than happy due to them actually playing the game and having some fun.

    Can't believe how bad these guys are. Starting to believe the game is hurting big time with players if they had to fire all CS.

    They ignore players issues, they ignore players on forums, then if you complain about how they ignore us you get banned from all outside of game areas.

    This game could of been so great but the people inside Zos could careless about any of us. 
    What exactly do you expect from a game with no sub?

    Want a massage with your cheese and whine?  I mean you're going to get CS but it's going to be bog standard unless you're paying a subscription.
