As far as DB goes, I do hate anyone that ends up lying and taking money from people to play a beta. He was fired from Turbine for a lot of the things he has done at AE and now Tulga. I do however want Dozer to come clean and explain his crusade to the rest of us instead of referring to his post history and telling us it's not his fault if we can't read. He has never once directly answered the question of why he pursues this crusade. Not on Tazoon.com, not on IGN, not here. Every time we are told that he's already stated it.
Now if Dozer's last post here is meant to answer my question (and a question that has been posed many times but never answered) then I daresay Dozer needs to point out exactly which part is intended to demonstrate why he persists in this crusade. Like I stated before on all sites I post because I dislike DB for how he ripped people off and I do not like games that charge people when they are clearly still in beta. Also when nothing on box at release is in game. Most still is not in game. There I said it for the 100th time, hope you are happy.
Now my question to you is how come yopu need to lie about the condition of the game? Could it be that for every person you get signed up you win a dollar a month with the reseller program? I wonder how many other mmorpg have to go so low to set up a reseller program.

Thankyou for posting the exact reason Dozer. It is a lot easier to understand you now that you have made it clear that you do not like David Bowman and that this is the reason you pursue this crusade.
I guess it's not all "BS" since I hit the nail on the head with the 99% probability on the grudge statement.
To answer your question, I do not lie about the game. I tell it as I see it, and considering I am currently playing the game and enjoying my experience whereas you do not play unless there is an open house, I think it is fair to say that my comments about the state of the game have more merit to them than your own.
I am not part of the reseller program. I play on Unity shard, therefore the reseller program is not an option for me unless I wish to encourage people to play the game, but not play with me. Talking of which, I do have my criticisms of certain aspects of how the game is handled, but those criticisms are aimed firmly at Game Network who are responsible for Unity shard. I would give an example of my criticism of Game Network's handling of game management, however I fear that any example provided would be turned on its head by you, with blame being laid upon Tulga for Game Network's own shortcomings.
Well this may not be the best place to put this link given how it is disparaged in this thread, but here is information about Horizons reseller program.
It seems like a good program to me for anyone who has some sort of e-business that permits them to link to the Horizons links I am assuming are provided by Tulga to its resellers. Whether or not they subscribe to Horizons, resellers get $1 per month for each active subscription that remains active.
I haven't got a clue how many mmos have reseller programs -- I imagine some do, and there are tons of other business that have them.
For me, all of the ways Tulga finds to promote the game are good if they help spread the word and find more of "the few, the proud, the Istarians."
I still see you have trouble with the english language DoomReaper. It is a lot more than just disliking DB. But you believe what you want. See I do know DB, like I said he was on my msn during ac2 beta. I also know the facts of why he was fired from Turbine. You see he wasn't the only developer at Turbine on my msn list during that beta. The lies he told during the end of beta for HZ also showed he hasn't changed and is still the same old DB. Then we have this article that started this whole MMORPG stuff. Believe me he is the same old DB I have grown to hate. He lost any crediblity he had a long time ago before he was fired from Turbine.

But I really must point out that you should reread a lot of what you said and realize you just discribed a game in beta. Which is why I compare it to Mourning.
I could almost agree with that.
I also thought the whole point of the game was the WA attacking destroying and then fighting them off and rebuilding. That concept alone made me sign up right away for beta and retail. But without things like collision detection (which is in game just turned off (they say)) you will never make that work.
I want to see the dynamic WA as well. it wasn't the reason I signed up I didn't read much of the pre release propaganda I did see the trailers and they interested me. I wish those spells were all obtainable.
I won't even get into the group thing and mobs only attacking the lowest level in group and no way to really arrgo them off the person.
Reading the community site they fixed this you can now pull agro off said person by doing damage or healing. I think the system needs more tweaks and needs to asses a few more factors but it is not as broke as it was 2 weeks ago.
Crafting can be fun but as time goes on this just gets boring. Also what is the point of allowing every person in game to get to top level in all schools?
Personally I like being able to have as many schools as I like and not being stuck in one school like I would be in WoW. I also enjoy being able to customise and increase my characters overall combat effectiveness until I grow bored of it. Multiclassing is one of the few things I think they mostly got right. It has problems in that stats/abilities are masterable when some shouldn't be and some classes are flawed but I think the ability to multiclass has kept the game a float.
There should be a cap on how many you can learn

I don't know about you but I do. I have to get my equipment made by other people because I don't craft.
As for dragons yes they can be cool but flying can only be cool for so long. Also the whole lair and arop thing is really not going to help the game. How long can these two things really keep the peoples interest until they end up wanting more.
You do know how much of a grind construction work is? Dragons when they finally get their lairs (months later than they should be) will want to see them completed.
I have yet to see the devs state what will be after that to make the game exciting for dragons. Also let us not forget some schools are still unfinished and people have been yelling for these to get finished for awhile now.
Many schools are unfinished I think the sheer number of schools they have is both a blessing to the players and a bane to them because its so much easier to work with 9 schools vs 26.
