Ask them about future content i am sure people would like to know that is where their money is going.
I have already explained the oringinal server of Asta that went into open beta must of had the level 60 content added since wiki said that server opened octocber of 2013 and obviously they must be working on the content after 60 or nearly finishing it to be released.
You're boring everyone now, please just talk about the game rather than the company.. You keep repeating yourself.
I can't believe I'm doing this, lol, but I just wanted to throw this out there; I've been playing this MMO now for about 2 weeks.
The game is described by many as the Asian World of Warcraft. And I must say that it is a CTRL+C/CTRL+V of Wow. But I find myself enjoying it for some reason.....it just feels more laid back, its new to me, but also very familiar. I love the character animations, the character models and the world.
I'm really enjoying it, and I actually canceled my BDO order to play this instead.
Some folks just don't enjoy Classic Rock or the 80s.
I will eventually move away from this game onto BDO. Maybe after all of this I'll be back on GW2.
This game is not about Webzen,it is about a lack of players. If this was a Blizzard product it would do fine, not great but ok.
All it needs is more players and you get at least a gaming experience, you have short distance quests, easy UI,some bosses you know the basics but in a neat tidy package and for pretty much free.
I feel it is easy to dismiss games just because they are not full of players of hyped by big marketing campaigns.Nobody is going to say this is a 8/10 it is barely a 6/10 but solid at what it does without making me feel like it's a job of chores.
I really don't need reviews or some website telling me what a game is doing or not doing,i have my own eyes,i can see and likely undertstand game design better than most websites.
If we are looking for FFXI part Deux or WOW 4.0 or Everquest 3.5 or Ultima Online 5.0 ,good luck, those wishes will likely never happen, instead you'll be getting Asta online games but asked to pay 40/50/60 to buy them with over the top cash shops,no thanks to that nonsense,i like no nonsense gaming,i am too old to be frustrated by poor UI and gimmicky cash shops that ruin games.
It seems they didn't open a new server after all and some people were hoping they had now they are disappointed again so seems they didn't fix the mess up after all and not extra expense spent.
Hi all,
The second EU server you are seeing right now, is a backup server. It
has always been there, though hidden for players. Due to a minor
complication that arose from an unfortunate server outage on our EU
server this morning, it is currently visible (but not accessible) for
players.
Please note: At this point, Webzen does not intend to open an additional
server. If such a change was planned, there would be official
announcements preceding & accompanying it, this would not happen
over night without anyone knowing.
I apologize for the amount of speculation and theorizing this has caused. This was an unintended mistake
I was bored and had nothing to do and i found this and all i can say is since this article was wrote all Webzen have had since then is Archlord 2 which has closed and Eloa and i don't know how well that is doing unless people mysteriously got brainwashed into playing the 3 gpotato games they are keeping on life support and seems it all went wrong after the gpotato sale so don't go hoping Webzen are going to make Asta better i don't know what people have against me warning people about this.
i don't know what people have against me warning people about this.
It's not that we have anything against your little reports it's just....they keep coming and coming. We get it, the game has no future. You're probably right, it released too close to other major titles, has the worst population I've seen for a newly released game, and has a very off putting youtube ad that just turns more people away than brings in. They're taking their sweet time fixing some major gamebreaking problems too. Regardless, it's a good time waster and if it goes down tommorow I'm out 0 dollars as are most people playing it.
Take a step back and look who you're arguing with, blueturtle is obviously a big fan of the game, to a fault I would say, but trying to convince him the ship is sinking is moot because he'll probably be there to the servers dying day.
I'm not sure I understand why people expected some kind of AAA mmo from Asta. It does well what it does. It's nothing pushing the genre ahead, but it's just simple fun for anyone who enjoys a well crafted themepark in a not so familiar setting. Nothing wrong with that.
I tried it out, didn't do it for me. But I can appreciate what it does well. The game is good for what they offer and for free at that.
As for AnnaTS:
If you think the game is being mismanaged and you feel it will not last. Why do you need to post relentlessly that the sky is falling. One post is fine, more posts reiterating the same thing is clear that you have an axe to grind.

Move on, it's just a tiny korean game.
