I give it around a 6 for single player experience. After playing this together with my little brother i'm rounding it down to a 4. The graphics are ok, the dialogues skippable, the fun of levelling is the best experience. Most of the time though, spawning of monsters won't be shared with the people in your party. this was the dealbreaker for me. if i wanted to play single player I'd install Hellsing 3

Odd to see that the review does not mention the FPS dropping below 1 during world boss fights. I was expecting to see it under polish or as a "con" at least.
From my experience, the game is enjoyable and goes at the right speed untill around level 210, at that point it goes from enjoyable grind riminiscent of the old days, to mind-numbing grind in maps where there are not enough enemies to kill and too many players killstealing.
Hmmm, nah. The PC Gamer review tears the game mostly apart, and I learned that in case of doubt the more negative review is closer to the truth. Especially grind is something I don't really see worth my time.
I played it for about 30 minutes, I just couldn't really get into it. It kind of reminded me of Lufia (I may be getting the name wrong). It looked like it was going to be a lot of fun but in the end it left a sour taste in my mouth. Not entirely sure why, I just couldn't get into it, which irritates me a little because I was looking forward to this launch.
Playing for a week now, I REALLY enjoy the combat and mechanics and the story actually has an old RPG feel. The art and music is amazing as well.
The only thing I am worried about is the cash shop (There is pretty much none right now and it has hints about it being an expensive one) and what to do after the combat and grind wears off after you hit such a high level, it feels non progressing.
9/10 Seems much less buggy, more polished. Beautiful Graphics especially running on my new and card. 2018 gameplay and classes are great. Looks even better after frame rate work. Lowered temp and low saturation give it deep colors. I can't make enough chars so many class choices
I haven't played in quite a while. My wife liked to play with me but the thing that always kept us from going back was the horrible rubberbanding and other netcode-related BS.
Same reason I don't play Blade and Soul, half the classes are unplayable unless you live down the street from your MSO.
I absolutely hated how easy it was to mess up your build since there was no proper in-game info explaining how leveling up and class changes work... or anything showing what paths you can take or anything, When I played the choices were permanent too, not sure if they still are.
If anyone wants to try this game out, I highly recommend learning about the class system first and planning out your character properly.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Let's play Fallen Earth (blind, 300 episodes)
Let's play Guild Wars 2 (blind, 45 episodes)
