    I doubt it. ESO is developed by Zenimax. The engine is also not ideal for single player games. The hero engine has great tools for adding new content at a quick rate, but graphics wise it's on par with Gamebryo.
    Any new engine will have good support for physics based rendering and support DX12 or Vulkan.
