Looks like my most played non-MMO is Fallout 4 with 136 and counting.
That's fascinating as I have at least triple the amount of hours in FO3 and FO:NV than FO4. I just found FO4 to be... uninteresting compared to the last two. Right after I got through the main story the first time I quit and haven't had the urge to launch it again.
I haven't even got to the Institute yet or started Nuka World yet, although I did finish Far Harbor. I'm at 155 hours now.
I have 99 hours in FO3 and 21 in NV, although that doesn't sound right considering I finished it with all DLC plus started again but didn't get far. Maybe a glitch from porting hours from XFire to Raptr. FO3 I also completed with all DLC plus another unsuccessful replay.
To me FO4 is by far the best of the 3. FO3 was too linear for my tastes. Still a good game though, especially for its time. NV was great, better than 3 IMHO. But nowhere as good as 4 IMHO. In my book FO4 might be the best SP game I've ever played, right up there with the first Dragon Age (130 hours), Mass Effect (58 hours) and my newest favorite The Last of Us Remastered (not sure on hours, consoles and all that )
EDIT: Lest I sound like a rabid fanboy I am severely disappointed at the Season Pass I bought (first time I did so too ). Lucky for me I bought it on a key site before the screwing price increase so I didn't pay as much as most but it still was barely worth it for me. I feel bad for those that paid full price.

So my top 5 (spanning almost 40 years of computer gaming) would be.
2. Master of Magic.
Still waiting for a modern version of that one.
I've been disappointed too many times by other 'MoM-alikes'. I've pretty much given up waiting -- too much frustration, too many weaknesses, too costly and failing to meet my expectations. That a single game from 1993 hasn't been surpassed is a sad commentary on the games industry. Same with Master of Orion.

Nice, I never met someone who played the CDI ones, mah boooi!
I just want to point out the value of "community" and "community content" in the list everyone has here as I'm sitting here waiting for my Skyrim Special Edition and how the modding community will enhance the enhancement of the enhanced version.
Yep I have 101 hours in Skyrim through 2 playthroughs and both times I didn't even get half way through the main story. I am anxiously waiting for the SE too.
But I really need to finish FO4 first!

EQ, daoc, WoW.
PC games
Heroes of Might and Magic series, probably 5 the most, then 3, 4.
Civ iv played the most out of that series.
Console
tough call, played so many, did play Chronotrigger over and over and maxed everything out long ago, so that is probably top 1.
Handhelds
Definitely pokemon. Still play them to this day and usually play obsessively for 3-6 months each new 1.
I have 30 years, countless hours and five figures invested.

'But there are many. You can play them entirely solo, and even offline. Also, you are wrong by default.'
Ikcin in response to yours sincerely debating whether or not single-player offline MMOs exist...
'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.
It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'
