I don't know if this is even interesting for pvp lovers, but project 1999 (everquest) has a pvp server and it is completely free.

It is still sometime until it is out, but Crowfall has entered the testing phase. I for one am stoked for the big world, non instanced pvp
Have you tried the PvP in ESO? This is from Crowfall's FAQs:

To make the game work for repeated play, there is also a ‘restart mechanic’ after each victory, where the board state is reset to allow players start the game again on (more or less) equal footing.

A ‘restart mechanic’ is exactly that: a way of returning the game to a start-state, so players will remain interested in playing the game. It is a necessary ingredient to making the game work over time.

Which is "akin" to ESO PvP - except that the campaigns are on a timer after which victory conditions are logged and after it expires the campaign is reset.

Except in CF, I think you lose your gear and much of your player progression (although not all of it, as some of it is tied to your "soul" or whatever). ESO basically nothing happens except rewards are handed out and keeps reset.
Now Playing: Bless / Summoners War
Looking forward to: Crowfall / Lost Ark / Black Desert Mobile
