Secret World Legends News - Secret World Legends is opening today for anyone in good standing with The Secret World. Invites will be sent out today and players can join the beta immediately. Keep your eyes on your mailboxes.

    Probably meaning not banned. Anyone with an account has an active account since AoC is F2P.

    EDIT: i misread their tweet. Anyone with an active TSW account. Yeah, anyone who purchased the game most likely.

    EDIT2: on the same tweet, look at the comments. Funcom says active account is anyone who logged in to the account/game in the past 30 days.

    I can not even find out how to download The Secret World original game I have an account for. The game hates me, guess I will have to wait till the 26th

    Story is nice! Will try dungeons later from what I heard 3man for story dungeons and you need trinity for higher dungeons. Only 5 skills feels so..

    But think I will play this game for the story and ffxiv for dungeons and story :smiley:

    when you log in to the account on the right side midway down there is a red tab that says download game

    Looking at the email invitation, it has a download 'here link', that downloads an .exe installer file.  You had to create an account for beta also.

    I could be wrong but I don't know if you can even D/L the original game anymore.  

    Of course, I think this is a case of PC users beta testing for the console release.

    Haven't gotten the invite yet. I logged into my account and apparently I can make a name reservation but I can't choose name, stuck with "CHARACTER16820035". What's that?

    Meh within the last 30 days.. I stopped logging in when the big announcement was that TSW would actually stop getting updates.

    Kind of worthless seeing how the original game is dead. Funcom knows this too. They think this makes them look good.

    Damn, I got my hopes up and checked my email and TSW account.  No dice.  I own the game but haven't played it in like 2 years so I guess I'm SOL.

    Really like the stories and such in TSW, just kind of run out of stuff to do. I imagine it takes a lot of money to keep making good stories/quests/content. Still one of my favorite games for what it was.

    Same here bro. It would of been kool if they sent an email yesterday letting us know. I downloaded the game today and logged in in hopes i would get the beta invite but nothing

    logged in today, can still buy membership but wasn't charged. now to DL and see if really worked :)

    I'm pretty sure that's the original TSW and not legends that you can download from your account.  But if I'm wrong, please tell me because I see the download button as well.

    yes it's for TSW, but since we are talking about those who log into TSW getting beta for SWL ...

    Just receive an invite email with a seperate Key code, also have to register a new account with the provider key code, downloading the game now, look like its about 14gb. Cant wait

    You had to have logged into your account within the last month. I logged in late last night, and got the email today.
