Eh, there is no midding needed, that was bulshit coming from RS, the sex scene is hardcoded into the game, the RS dev´s put it there, 3 different versions of the game have it, i´m still stupified how RS had the balls to claim some modders coded the sex scene and not them.

No, what I mean is RS DID put it in, and was waiting for the right time to tell a group of people how to unlock it and then with careful social engineering skills they've now got so much publicity it isn't funny.
Seeing as how GTASA has already sold millions of copies, and has more than covered development costs, a measly TEMPORARY AO rating isnt goign to hinder sales. The AO rating is only until Rockstar removes the Hot Coffee section from the game code, then it goes back to being an M rated game, which will be some time in fall.
I play them and I love them. No im not a wanna-be thug, I just want to have some fun.

Ah, but now RS have left themself open to lawsuits, their stock has fallen in price, total refund cash set aside is in the order of 50 milion, wich i think more than surpasses development costs, it will not be cheap to produce a entire new batch of games to sell after the sex scene is removed, overall it will cost RS.

They just lost over 6 dollars in stocks (which relates to over 55 million dollars in lost revenue every 3 months).
This isnt including the games they must accept back (in terms of ganes this is pretty much a complete lose)
My store alone is returning 1200 copies this weekend. That's 1200x35.95 for one store. So far Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, BestBuy, Babbages, EB, Target, Wal*Mart, EB, and Gamestop (not to mention hundreds of other smaller company gaming stores)
So you have 55 million dollars in lost revenue from stocks and future earnings every 3 months, over 200 million in software returned and money back (including used games that were bought months ago), a federal investigation, a continuing ESRB panel investigation and mega fine, and a Parental-led non-profit group pressing charges citing undisclosed source of a rather graphic sex scene.
That's why RS are screwing themselves.

it has nothing to do with the sex scene ....and it has nothing to do with religious people (as it seems if anything gets pulled that another likes they blame religious people....pretty bad copout if you ask me)
The game was pulled because:
1. They lied to the ESRB panel (who are not religious)
2. The lied to a Congressional panel (who are certainly NOT relgious). Thepanel was headed by Hillary Clinton.
3. They lied about it being led and developed by Modders
4. They lied
5. It was the cumulation of Violence, Drugs, Gangrelated praise, and sex. Not just the sex.
Which all inevitably led to an A rating and thus pulled

Ok, now take away the cost to gain this amount of television time to advertise a single game. Then take away the cost to reprint all those returned untampered copies of the game. How long is this loss really going to last? three months at the most? I mean come on, screwing yourself means you actually lose money in the long run not minor set backs but large strides forward in financial growth. And the statement that its no longer available instores any more was my point that they can now raise the price, due to the selective distribution of the game. Or even better, this is a very minor code in the game. removing it wont change the gameplay at all, just like adding it didnt. So they simply remove this coding from the future prints of the game to bring the rating down but then sell the unaltered games with the adult rating for whatever price they want with the code already unlocked. They have alot of options here, all of which will make them more money than they are losing now.
