The Bless Online team has a nice send off as you head into the weekend. They've released a new gameplay trailer that shows off the Paladin and how it will work in concert with other character classes during battle. It's a lovely video that you definitely won't want to miss. Happy Friday!

How or why do Asians seem to have no idea how rpg's are suppose to look or be played?
Sure change is ok if it makes sense but a Paladin in the truest rpg form is a TANK not a light show taking no part in the combat.
I don't even see how he was working in concert either? Then again how many games actually implement the GROUP idea properly or any good at all.
So unless they have a good explanation that we are not seeing here, this looks really bad.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

It says "Paladin beacon of healing" which from the footage literally is (a beacon, that is).
Surely though something got lost in translation, maybe they meant Cleric, as a Paladin in Western culture is a holy knight, meaning a very religious warrior not a priest.
The positive thing though is that there seems to be some kind of trinity system going on, which to me is a good thing for a change, since Asian games usually are not too keen on hard coded roles in groups.
Still they need to town down the fireworks, some people might get epileptic seizures playing this thing.

At least they have combat combos... You should see how healing works in FFXIV. XD
Multitasking for the win.
In War - Victory.
In Peace - Vigilance.
In Death - Sacrifice.
I'm actually not buying the game when it releases i am going to wait a bit, But i might have to play the paladin for healing because it may be a while until they release mystic.
I prefer to play a class that uses just magic like the mystic than a hybrid class.
You can see my sci-fi/WW2 book recommendations.
Considering people here dig more the PvE part of BDO and to some extent Archeage, it might have more success over here, who knows.
It didn't fail because of the concept or really the implementation of stuff (all-be-it there are still some barren areas), the real problem was with how horrible the combat was and how poorly optimized the game was (still is, you can tell in the trailers). Games like Aion and Lineage 2 are pretty popular in the east, and this game doesn't really do much different aside from being able to play pokemon and tame stuff. Keep in mind, games like FFXIV and GW2 haven't really done so well in the eastern market either, mainly because the mmorpg market is INCREDIBLY oversaturated there. They have a lot more interesting games to play than us as well tbh or at least get them faster, like Dragon's Dogma Online (give us the darn game!), PSO2 and even Monster Hunter Online. So as you can see the market is just bulging so its not a surprise why it failed multiple times. The only good thing for this game atm is that its launching in a mmorpg "drought" in the western market so it'll get some traction until a new toy comes out, like A:IR will be the new hype toy (unless it stays are horribly optimized as it has been), and new expansions/updates come out later on.
If it's supposed to be fun and attractive gameplay - devs have failed miserably.
Also why he isn't rocking a bikini platemail? 8-)
Thank you for your time!
Paladin Healer seems very much like Cleric in Aion. Not bad, but it will not be my choice , since I never play Healers in MMO's
