You may remember the Great Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition Canvas Bag Kerfuffle from last week about the last minute replacement of the canvas tote with a cheap nylon one. If you are a Power Armor Edition owner, happy days are here again. According to the Bethesda Twitter account, you're now able to submit a ticket and a replacement CANVAS bag will be sent. Tickets will need to be submitted by January 31, 2019.

The overarching question of the year: how can we go from needing firing squads to send a message to devs and/or pubs as a fanbase, to only needing to, y'know, communicate like normal people do?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
yup, they just did this because people complained about it and it looked like a rip off to the customers. The good thing is everyone stood together and are getting what they paid for. They got checked mate. They really are falling out, lol pun intended and the clean up is just beginning.
So they probably should have just said heck with it, customers won't appreciate our efforts to resolve this issue, might as well just spend the money on a great holiday party instead.

I mean, yea, that means they actually have to buy the bags... And as a kid, eating your carrots blows, but eating them after you've been whipped by your parents for trying to refuse is worse.
BACK ON TOPIC!

If you don't fight for your rights (even for silly bags), corporations chew you up and spit you out.
Blizzard seems to also have similar attitudes, I wonder what's driving it?
Wait, it couldn't have anything to do with news about the billions Fortnite is making or SC having a record setting month bringing in $7M in sales / donations for a game that appears never will actually release in the traditional sense.
I can't really blame the devs for behaving as if gamers are morons, there is a decent amount of evidence to support such a conclusion.
Such as....adults paying large sums of money for a plastic helmet and canvas bag?
Oh yeah, I'm judging.

If you make promises that you can’t keep you better get out in front of it with an apology and some proactive butt kissing + figure out how to make the customer feel satisfied.

The optimist in me says the entire Fallout 76 fiasco is a potential learning experience for Bethesda to learn from its mistakes and move forward. In the meantime, I think it’s best I avoid 76 like the plague and wait for any official news on Starfield.

EDIT- Also, @ConstantineMerus, I'm holding onto the comic book picture. Too good to truly get rid of!
