When all the spin and speculation about which game benefits from what in the other game is done, you're still left with the fact that this is a small team now focusing on two games, not one.
Big studios can do this by having different teams focused on their own project but for a small team this can't be a good thing for the development of either game.

This statement is factually incorrect: "Camelot Unchained, for those that are unaware, is the sequel to the popular medieval MMORPG known for its three kingdom Realm vs Realm vs Realm gameplay, Dark Age of Camelot."
CU is NOT a sequel to Dark Age of Camelot. It could be considered a 'spiritual successor' to DAoC. A sequel implies that CU is directly related to DAoC, which it isn't. City State makes CU. Broadsword manages Dark Age of Camelot. They are not related.
