At least in my country you can't get a good computer for 700 dollars. For 700 dollars you can get a dell with 256 MB, pentium 4, 2.4 ghz and a crappy graphics card. Monitors alone cost tons of money. And an alienware is 4000 dollars.

Hmm I havn't said much on these forums but here goes my 2 cents.
Everquest (the first one) is the most successful MMOG in the US. I think they will continue to carry that over into EQII.
WOW is going to be great also, but maybe not in the same way as EQII. I'm thinking that EQII will make you group with others to do anything. Maybe WOW will do the same thing? It seems like their are classes all set up and that you will want to group with others to accomplish goals.
It's all about team play. Whoever comes up with the MMOG that brings people together to work for a common goal, kudos to them!!!
Forget about the solo player. If I want to play solo I will buy a linear non MMOG game. MMOGs are all about playing with others.

I really dont care what the EQ2 people have to say about WoW....Im playing WoW becuase I like it and if I diden't I wouldn't be playing it or wouldn't plan on buying it......enough said

But so far to my knowledge, you guys don't get paid more. In fact, I'm pretty sure you get paid the same, but even with higher taxes.
