Ok I played this game for about 3 hours. What did I see? Another hack and slash korean game. A very trash talking community, typical of a free online game. The way you move your toon sucks azz and the camera is lame. You go red if you kill somone, that makes any game suck to go red. I read on another website that it was good for PvP, but how in gods name do you PvP if you go red? Ill only try a game to find out about the PvP. This is the last time I try a free MMO. Thank god for pay to play.

The site is indeed Very vague...but my question is...is it even in Beta? they just say its a free game, yet ALL Beta games are free, so what the heck do they mean by that? and secondly, what is the character customization like?

you cant get any til lvl 5. then you have to lvl up the main line far enough to unlock the skill, then you have to buy the skill. then drag it to hotbar and RIGHT click it(that one gets me all the time im so used to left click) or push the number of course.
but yeah, there aren't enough skills and the time between ones i actualy want are so far it hurts.
edit for clarity- 'buy the skill' just meant to spend your skill pts on it, you dont actuay have to go to an npc or anyting to buy it
and if anyone is high lvl here, can you eventualy become a mage type char? or are all the spells to enhance melee?
I think its still in beta or it just came out at oct 1st so its pretty new, and dam training is soo god dam hard im at lvl 14 and cant even get 1 lvl for hours so dam hard,,just imagine when u hit 30s omfg 1 day per lvl noooooo.....
Fulmafo, i doubt that mages are out or well never be, atm if you wanna be a mage like char just use ranger but i find there att to be really weak on some higher mobs.

If memory serves, the first ones are just elemental skills, failry easy to figure out if you read the skill descriptions, the last one however is the Healing skills.
Their is open PVP, at level ten you don a cape and belong to a certain clan, you are allied with all others with the same cape as you, and against all others with different capes. No penalty applies to you if you kill someone with a different colored cape. You only go red if you kill those without capes. Also one clan is different and that's the Giraffe clan, anyone with a giraffe clan cape can attack anyone else with a cape including other giraffes.
I think the meat of the game comes at level 20. Where the hunter, trader, theif job system comes in. I'll explain more on those later if anyone really wants. Also, the game is a bit slow, but hey it's free, and I love the battle animations right now. If anyone is interested in making a guild in-game, just contact Sareven. would be nice to play something with the other members of the mmorpg.com community.
it's ok. downtime isnt that bad resting recovers you fast, but its a typical asian mmorpg really. kill tons of mobs to lvl up, they do give you quests to kill 40, 50 of so and so, but thats about the size of it.
no im not playing i got to lvl 16, took ALOT of time, and figured not point in going further.
This is a very high quality free MMORPG, I mean its better than a lot of p2p mmorpgs lol. I noticed that if you do not take a magic-like weapon buff in the beginning it can be a lot tougher for a few levels.
My character is Thunder Qi/ Healing Qi and using Toaist armor and swords.
To speed up exping just quest, they usually give you about a level and a half.
I would like to guild with the other MMORPG.com members, we should all meet in the starting city sometime this week and level/ form the guild..

It's called a sword in game, but it's really a spear... or more technically, a Halberd. Level up the Spear Skills, or just lv up magic. Im going for all spear styles personally. What class does every1 want to be? I'm gonna become a theif as soon as i can find the guild. *Master Vandal of the Silk Road... I like the way that sounds... :P)

Whoa, really weird. I just got back on my computer and the game was gone. Maybe my dad un-installed it or something lol. Anyways I to level 17 and i'm trying to level in spear and healing skills. This game is pretty hard even though the first 7 levels are really easy. Personally though, even if I did get to level 17 I think i'm leaving it un-installed. It was really fun while it lasted though. Now, back to MS ^_^
i'm going halberd/ice, plus a little healing just because its useful. The game probably won't keep me long but i'll be entertained for a bit. Good find.
Yikes I'm only getting like 30 kb/sec for the download! I'm not sure a Korean mmo is worth waiting 4 hours for a download. I'll just check this thread later and look for more reviews.
Could someone perhaps give an overall review of the game please? The graphics look great, and I very much like the concept and setting, but I would dearly like some more information concerning the game. Two questions that I would like answered the most are:
1) What are the classes available? Is there something like a trader or blacksmith class?
2) Is there any kind of crafting system in this game, or is it simply a hack-and-slash affair?

It's a korean MMO. Not too great. I've played it.
Uhm...it's not bad...it's free so it's worth playing.
The korean version was published and distributed by kr.yahoo.com so It will prolly be free for NA version.
For a free game it's definitely worth playing. Alot of people do play it because it is free in korea.
But the graphics...Hum...I dun know...It's okay, not great. Still nowhere near Lineage2 or something.

First tab is for all one handed weapons.
Second tab are skills for Big Sword/Polearm
Third Tab is Arrows
(Qi Skills)
