Q: Will there be restrictions as to race and/or class combos for the three factions?
Example: Can someone using the nature magic of the Kinnaes join the Gearsmiths faction?
Q: It is mentioned in lore that Kinnaes is a neutral faction. They can't be all that neutral if they're one of the Three. Is there anything to the lore mentioning that or is it just filler?
Any plans on switching the current official forum system to a modern, efficient one? Or at least any plans to make a poll asking the visitors wich style they prefer?
Will there be "tier payments" (premium, gold, platinum, wtfbbqhax etc)?

1) I've seen them mention it's going to get revamped someday soon, but no ETA on when. 2) I haven't seen an answer to this one since it's too far off. They haven't even gotten the game finished yet, so they don't know about billing questions. 3) They've mentioned cheap inn rooms that everyone can get, and clan housing, I believe. 4) They've also mentioned this. I think it was that they're shooting for a US release to start, but they're hoping to spread out into other countries. There's just the whole language barrier, and they're a small company without all of Blizzard's or EA's resources. 5) Haven't seen anything about that

We announced the move to new forum software shortly before E3. I had mentioned on Gampamp.com that I'd ask about it at the meeting last week, but I wasn't able to attend it. I'll see what I can wrangle up for an answer though.
That'd be great! I do believe half the reason there is so little hype is due to the archaic forums.

My first question is regarding the team attacks. Will they consist of more then you and another party member, or are there plans to make 3, 4 or even full party attack combinations?
As well, will the team combinations be sequential, or will there be attacks that can be done with two teammates at the sametime, as well back to back attacking. Not only that, will the team attacks only be straight attacks, or will they involve movement such as grapples or holds that allow party to do continous follow up combinations. Will combinations be reserved for melee attacks, or will there be combinations that involve chain casting?
Another question i have is, what are the plans for weaponry, will there be duel wielding, will it be restricted to class, will it be restricted to daggers, or all one hand weapons?
One more is, while crafting, can players create and rename their items if they meet or exceed a certain quality. And if so, can they then sell those items and weapons. For example, a skilled crafter creates a "Steel Long Sword" with several Wyr sockets, and then sockets them with a fire elemental wyr, created through crafting "if that is possible" can he then rename said item to, "The Fire Tongue" and sell the item with its new name, or will it just revert back to "Steel Long Sword" once they leave crafters hands?

On the forums...they have the software they just need to get everything installed, tested, interfacing with everything else. The person that's currently running the website stuff is also extremely busy doing actual game stuff as well so it's taking longer than hoped.
On to your questions...
I'm not sure if there is anything definite yet but I know there are no plans to make classes are restricted to certain races. If you want to be a Burian wizard you'll be able to. Though an Ilvari might have some slight advantage it shouldn't be so great that the "only" race to play a wizard is an Ilvari.
As for the factions, my understanding of the current plan is that any race/class will be able to join any faction if they want. Obviously a Gearsmith will have an easier time joining the Gear faction than a Wizard but they'll be able to do so.
Think of the Kinnaes as the UN. They formed the Triumvirate and they tend to mediate between the other two but they do have their own overall agenda - the healing of the world itself.
