So the Bogs of Cullen is open terrain. Where would you suggest a kite only toon solo if you can't kite in the bogs?
This isn't about the Kite. What I have been saying all along.
It's about chain AI that ganks on default, about a toon that won't peel aggro.
So you need to be a specific spec of a specific class to solo this one thing in this one area and everything else is not in your solo cone and that amounts to? umm a group?
For some reason you seem to think you have got to be right on this so fine, I give up. You are right. I missed something, the game can be soloed.
Sorry, didn't mean to point out anything outside the prescribed view.

Actually what you're describing is a problem for 1 person, possibly 1 spec of 1 profession. Several people on this thread have posted that solo at 50 is possible. I dunno what classes they play but speaking as a Warden I know I can solo there. Having seen a BM and a NS solo there I know they can do it too. I've played a 50 Hero on a friend's account in that area too and, while it goes very slow due to downtime, a Hero can solo there as well. I have *never* played a druid. Its possible that druids are just not capable of soloing in that area, I just don't know. But saying there's no solo at 50 when you've only tried it with 1 profession out of over 30 is crazy.

In the spirit of fairness, the Kite warriors spot does exsist.
Stygia.
Much of the game is unfriendly to solo toons. Too much IMHO.
To be more clear, my real complaint was to the toon of, at say level 45 I could recon a zone and say to myself
"That is next level kill".
I expected a volume of stuff I could kill at 50, I couldn't at say 48. It turned out to be deterant content that I was never meant to kill unless I grouped. Rather than bitch and moan, I may start a Pve driven guild and open this content up.
In the end, we are both right and this was head butting as much as debate. Also, I think there is a difference in definition of Solo. I don't view 3 kills an hr and suicide missions as solo content. I also know that anything Mythic makes solo (by neutral factioning or spreading content) becomes a farm. So there are no easy answers. Hopefully there are ideas though, that can make the game friendlier for all styles.

Not a problem. It was a good discussion and hopefully we both learned something from it (as well as the other forum members). I learned that a druid has a hard time soloing in high end areas and you learned that numerous other classes can do so much easier. Thus the statement that while every class can solo some do so easier/better than others.
