I wouldn't know. I found out about this game just yesterday. Apparently there are a lot of advertisement going around this title on foreign site. Some advertisement says it's life time free MMORPG.
Yes items are selling for amounts to the extreme in some instances, but heres an explanation from Diliquium from the game's forums.

The Worms out side of Elmorad seem to drop the upgrade scrolls too often ( in my opinion) i killed no more then 10~20 of them seeing what they droped and i got 5 upgrade scrolls and they sell for 5k each one could possable become rich rather quickly if it is like that i think considering if you want to buy one from the store it costs 280,000 to buy it.
The worms drop -Cursed- Upgrade Scrolls, not Upgrade Scrolls. Theres a big difference in price and ability of the items. As for 5k per scroll, its purposely meant to help newbies get some quick cash. At later stages of the game, 5k will be considered spare change. You'll need HEAPS more money to start churning out seiges. heheheh.
Right now being Beta, Landmass is restricted. Monster spawns are at their max, all bunched around populated player "zones" and there is practically zero respawn time. This ofcourse is for testing. Do not expect it to be the way it is now come final release.
And Yes, Knights Online is available in Beta form around the Asia Pacific Regions.

I like the zero respawm time to test in, I like it alot, I can just pick of those big spikey thingies at the end of the beach one after another for decent XP and loot So far I'm enjoying the relativly simple interface qutie a lot, friends thing works nice especialy in combi with that 1 spell hehe The Loot drops are nice aswell I think I managed to equip 2 other players fully with what I picked up.
Levelling is very easy, got to level 13 in no time. The graphics are solid and good. Some monsters look really cool. You have alot of control over the combat system. Partying is great, some minor bugs so far but nothing big.
Higgs that jared guy or whatever his name is, if at one of the far ends of castle(?) near an entrance gate, the one with the captian guy (dragon thing)

Oh, we need to all group up to take down that Glyptodont thing wandering the fields :-0 that thing is big and mean hehe.. at level 18 it kills me in two hits.

i love this game right now i only have a lvl 11 stalker the interface seams to somehow remind me of Dark age of camelot although i haven't played it in a long time so i could be wrong

I'm level 19 now and the combat is so fast paced. I never lag either, and with a huge party/guild it's great. Whenever they release castle sieging and whatnot this will be an awesome game.

Now for my question, has anyone been able to get confirmation on login for the msg boards, I wanted to post some issues but its not working nor do I have access. I applied for the msg boards but they haven't replied back with info, could someone let me no what they are doing to submit bugs, issues and other things to them? PLEASE
