I have learned something from this experience. If a man is dying of thrist and someone offers him a promise of water, regardless if the promise is a lie, that man will regard the promise bearer unlike a god. Anyone that suggests to the thristy man that the promise bears no fruit will recieve a very hostile responce from the thristy man.
What have I learned? I learned that I should not stick my nose in where it doesn't belong. I didnt wait around for someone else's promise of a beverage, I took care of my own thrist quenching problem 6 months ago at a Bar called Eve Online. I truely hope that you all get what you so long after. And I hope that the man promising you water actaully bears water and not sand in that glass of promisses.

While i can only speak for myself i must say i dont hate you - i have so much hate for $OE there is no room for anyone else - if i post a link asking if anyone has read it & you respond with this is what i belive & the link is my opinion of truth = flame me i will respond with a natural defensive nature - in no way should this be seen as hate.

You know about as much as we do and it really sounds like you are worried you may be proven wrong. Smed has been known to send/answer emails and phone calls. Maybe you doubt that as well since you didn't see it on TV or something IDK but why is so hard for you to believe things just because you didn't receive a press release yourself on it first, yet you are to afraid to seek the truth yourself in fear of being proved wrong. Stop being a grumpy old fart and be a bit more open minded. You can still question it without sounded like a close minded nit.

Maxanto you choose what you want to beleive and let other people choose to beleive what they want. I Understand where your coming from but I dont need your advice. The only information I know is that whoever is responsible for the DUCK from here, must contact Don (who is head boss man for LFN) about the Emu.
Lucasarts made us aware of this project and I believe, have contacted the group regarding this matter. Lucasfiles.com, is the ONLY officially endorsed download site for Lucasarts/ Star Wars mods and there is alot of legal garbel that goes with every download - that the Lucasarts legal team put together.
The LF Network has alot of contact with Lucasarts and we always have regular exclusive news stories, images, interviews etc on most of our sites.
As far as I understand, this project (by that, I think the actual mod but i am unclear) must go through Lucasfiles and with regards to my posting a news story - hey, its news....good news in my opinion and I want those who still visit the Galaxies forum to offer help and raise awareness of the project.
I've stopped playing Galaxies myself because it is just awful and I find it hard to update the site currently - especially as I have been sitting on a brand new design for ages.
I will be checking in regulary here to see all the latest news and stuff and please feel free to post on our forums - we have alot of members out there (115,000 last count) and whilst it is still up , you will find ALOT of old pre cu/nge info on swgalaxies.net!
