Because its not crap, far from it. Codemaster's games have always been for a certain audience. just because its not the right game for you, does not mean the game is crap.
As M1sf1t said, you obviously don't understand the meaning of gameplay and the things around that which make or break the game. I suggest you go play some classics and find that part out cuzz you seem to have missed out on something my friend.

I think not. diffrent people look for diffrent things in mmorpg's. Archlord is not for everybody.

I fully understand the "system" but the system is flawed. close to nobody here is a proffesional reviewer, and even less people realise a game can still be good even though its not for them.
for example, I didn't like FFXI at all. but I CAN see the good parts about it, but the game is just not for me. but you don't see me running around yelling "OMGAWD, FFXI totally sucks!!!"
Ok so your sayin Archlord is targeting the minority of gamers, which you are a part of,....and that theyve always had a small audience? That makes perfect sense if I was designing a game i would have the smallest audience ever.....(doesnt make much sense when you put it that way does it) Sure on some of those games some ppl might say they suck but the majority say they dont which is why EVE is number 1 right now.. If everyone bashed every game out, which you say they do, they would all have terrible ratings. But look the system does work which is why we have some high rated games..

I am also one of the people who enjoy Korean MMO's; just not the ones like Archlord and Lineage 2. What some of you guys have been assuming about the Korean MMO market is so insulting because I play the games that aren't like this type.

I have to agree about the game. Tried the beta from Fileplanet, and the game was just as horrible as every other korean based MMO. Except, I think the graphics were worse then alot of the others.
I got the beta from fileplanet as well (I signed up so I could get the bf2142 beta).
I have to say that I'm not surprised. This is just another faceless piece of crap mmo from asia that Codemasters brought over because they think they can make a buck off of it. Codemasters is poorly run and all they ever bring is crap.
