yes i see now, but the point i was trying to make wasn't if soe would some day "take over". if you want to speculate about that great. the point is right now they defiantly don't have any control or hand in the development witch has been confirmed by both soe and sigil, and that is a fact.
I really hate SOE and they deserve every bit of it. I also assume one day SOE will own Vanguard and Brad will start a new product and in the not so near future!
Breaking news! The vast majority of video game players dont give a shit who published, produced, distributed or hosted the games they play. Most people play and purchase games due to fun factor, not companies involved. Only a small minority of players visit let alone post on sites such as these.

Just another player who got rolled on from SWG. Had a Creature Handler and was for a while one of the top 20 you could say. Sure SWG had it's flaws sure SOE had it's own flaws but hey who doesn't? Then NGE came out and out went my hard earned time. Yea I was choked, but after time I got over it. I have had my moments with SOE from SWG and EQ and even EQ2, but they are just moments. I've been in and out of MANY mmo's since UO and there's always something someone wont like, always a choice a gaming company will do that'll piss off a few or a HUGE amount of folks. I am fairly sure that is always going to be the case. It's unavoidable. I do not in any way say that that's life get over it and so forth. We each live life as unique as we see it. Some group will have a common reaction and another group a different reaction. Part of the joy of being human.
I am a strong believer that we all are allowed a few f*** up's through life. That aplies to companies as well like SOE. It's not up to them to live and learn and please the majority, it's up to us to forgive and forget or don't forgive and never forget. Me I am for the first. I was anoyed (nice way of putting it) at SOE over the last few years of EQ and what NGE did to SWG but that went by and I begin anew. SOE will no doubt get some profit from Vangaurd SOH, but thats just the way the ball bounces. I am one for sure who will be trying Vangaurd SOH out and if SOE gets some of my money so be it.
