Actually when I think about, Ultima Online has all kinds of crafting.  Carpentry, Tailoring, Blacksmithing, Tinkering and Alchemy.

Ultima Online features an extensive crafting system that allows skilled players to create the majority of items found in the game, ranging from useful items such as weapons and armor to the more mundane items such as furniture and decorative clothing. It is possible for player-crafted items to be of a higher quality than the items that the NPC shopkeepers might sell, especially if made by a Grand Master or higher in the appropriate skill.

I'm surprized that you didn't like Ryzom's crafting.  Each recipe has multiple components, either harvested and looted, and your final results depend upon your combination of the components used.  Like all crafting, it can be a PITA to gather all the components, but I really like that you can mix n match and preview the stats on the resulting item [barring an occassional failure].  It has the best sytem IMO among the games with crafting that I've played - AO, AC <if you count spell formulae as crafting>, DAoC <original and 1st expansion only>, Horizons. No interest in WoW or SWG.
