If it's taking you weeks to move all that "pyrox" from station to station because your hatchback only holds three cubic feet, you might be flying a Volvo! If sending your "drones" after enemy "frigates" gets you ticketed for littering, you might by flying a Plymouth! If "gate camping" gets you cited for....(this could go on all day, so I'll just leave it to your imagination and quit while I'm behind).
I have a 2 year old Alienware laptop and the game plays beautifully on the new settings.

The few remaining glitches seem to have been cleared up with yesterday's update that went out. (were a few oddities caused by the patch which seem to have been cleared up now).
Tonight MC,KIA,EVOKE & Outbreak fleet engaged a BoB fleet in TPAR. Over 100 ships were involved.
Pre Trinity a fleet engagement like that I'd have lag activating mods and my FPS would be below 15

Something is very wrong with the op's system, mine is built for gaming, but its not an extreme liquid cooled quad core or anythi ng even close and it runs eve very very smooth, i would try to download eve again, or check drivers or something OP because yer either nuts or yer 7k rig is an overpriced hunk of junk.

All I can say is thank you for this post, haven't laughed this hard at a post since the Chinese gold farmer died in RL after playing for 2 days straight and someone asked if he dropped any good loot.
As far as Trinity is concerned, I've had lag issues myself, but I love what they've done. The new graphics make the game so much more engaging which is the one beef I used to have with it. The missions seemed to have improved alot too, better payouts, more and better stories etc.
