I'm not a fan of AoC. I think it's going to be another raid treadmill along the lines of WoW. However, AoC DOES have a leg up in this competition due to the fact they have a KNOWN working beta version of the game. No one really knows if there is a working game behind Darkfall. Some people will swear there is (without proof) and others will say there isn't (again without proof).
In logic arguments, something that can't be proven to exist is typically considered not to exist until proven otherwise. If you want to assume something exists because you can't prove it doesn't, you can believe in a LOT of things generally considered a bit "out there".
Finally If Darkfall would actually be released. It would be so under any expectations the community built for it over the years ...that the same community will BURN it in mater of days.

OP/28days and the other Darkfall trolls is just some selfish egoscentric carebear players that wanna piss on the only coming none WOW clone with skilled PvP, full loot and total freedom. The ingame features also make us hope for some awsome ingame heat and longlasting fun. Its the hardcore PvPers long awaited MMORPG.
But instead of letting us longing/hoping for this game these carebears have to piss on our hopes.
They just dont piss on Darkfall. They piss on all of us that is looking forward to play this game. Themself they have so many games that fit their taste so i cant really understand why these characters have to troll Darkfall? Isnt variety something good? If Darkfall comes out well, who knows- even the OP and the other Darkfall trolls might like it? And if not then just dont play it. The streamlining of a whole game genre is not something i cheerish.
