Just interested in hearing peoples impressions...well specifically ...are you leaving one of the biggies to play AoC?
If I am missing any answers, let me know...but, lets try to keep this bumped...

Hmmmm....looks at his front door...
Interesting poll responses...please keep it coming
Thanks
Keep up the votes...
I do wonder why LOTRO is so high on that list though...it is still "new" but a few want to leave
Thanks for the votes
I left Guild Wars for AoC, well i guess i left it ages ago, but I kinda left it anyway, just turned 36 months there though
Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?
Final Fantasy 7
Excellent...looks like more voters...changing the landscape now
Excellent..
Thanks for the help
Im going to run both subscriptions for a while , if AOC realy draws me in, then i will cancel my account with that other mmo i play.
I play WoW, but unless AoC really drops the ball HARD, I foresee cancelling the WoW account within a few months. We'll see when the new wears off and I'm playing a levelled character.
If I can note...if you are leaving an "Other" game...could you possibly list here that games name?
Thanks
After watching the combat video, I am less interested than ever in AoC
Ahahaahah, loved it ;D

Hmmm...of actual games...we figured WoW would be at the top for leavers.....
But, why are so many leaving LOTRO
Can you maybe share your reasons?
Thanks
I am planning on staying subscribed until I see if AOC is as good as it is supposed to be. I was on EQII this weekend and my server was a ghost town on a Saturday Night. I have seen this with each "big" Launch but the vast majority return in a few weeks. I am just using AOC to occupy my time until WAR. I have a strange feeling that WAR will hurt the other MMORPG more than any game to present.
running both. too many RL friends in WoW. probably be playing AoC 2-3 nights and WoW the rest with weekend raids and PVP arena
Its seems that a lot of AoC playerbase are based on Ex-WoW´s. That's Interesting!
Wonder why
I've actually chosen to play a game that is 7 years old (WWIIO), rather than switch over AoC.
S! Axis
STOP WHINING!
Stopped playing WoW 1 month ago, havent any interesting join that game again
Just playing my PS2 Disgaea 2 and wait AoC collector edition box.
To be honest, i have lost totally interest to mmorpg, same grinding with new grafiks.
Not leaving LOTRO for AoC. I find it bland and boring gameplay with nothing new combat-wise except for a few extra postional buttons to mash.

I stopped playing MMO's about 2 months before AOC came out, I was originally on WoW but was getting sick of the gear grind, and when I found out that the expansion goes to 80 I was like GREAT all the stuff I worked hard to get is officially useless. But I got in EA on AOC, and the game is alot of fun, the zoning im already used to because I played EQ and I liked their method of tunnel zoning. WoW was very annoying because you would go down a path and sometimes run into an invisible wall. And lets face it, wow graphics arent that good.

This usually means you do not understand the combat if that is all you believe it is..
(PS: Notice the numbers keep rising also...try not to take offense please)
Leaving Eve Online. Not a big deal though, I just played that to pass time/train skills.
Leaving Lotro for it.
I started Lotro as I got fed up with end game of WOW and it served as a nice filler until lich king comes out. LOTRO was next best option as I had already played eq2 for 3 years however I personally find lOTRO to be a little bland or souless. Its not a bad game but it just does not grab me.
Eve is my mine and Aoc will be my next adventure.
To err is human....to play is divine
I plan on giving AoC a try. But im going to wait a few months, I've been a "paying beta tester" before and I'm not doing it again. I have a WoW sub that is up at the end of June, doubt I'll keep playing after that.

I played in CB and OB, so I have a pretty good understanding of how combat works in AoC. It certainly doesn't require a college degree to understand.
And as for the LOTRO numbers? I'm not worried at all.. what are we up to... 13 people? ROFL

naaahh....Im playing Ultima Online and Vanguard and will continue to play them..as well as AOC .I dont understand why some people feel " you have to leave a game to play another "
Unless it's financial..then I understand
"after the time of dice came the day of mice "
