I'm sorry guys, I had to do it. I had to leave the game. I had to cancel my subscription because the game just wasn't for me. I couldn't take the eye candy. I couldn't stand the boobs looking at me, staring at me, enticing me to play with them. Enticing me to love them. I do not like being mocked and those nasty little booblets were mocking me and I couldn't take it.
I could not stand the blood and the gore. It was too much for me. It was too much for my soul. I love the color purple but I hate the color red and Age of Conan was filled with red. It was filled with gore. It was filled with sadness and it was filled with tears.
And than there was the community. Those people were so mean to me. Espically the kids. Who would have thought the sweet little kiddies could be so cruel and have such foul mouths. They called me all kinds of names. One even told me to go play in traffic, can you believe that?!?! I thought this would be a place where I could make friends but after a few hours of in game play, I was sadly mistaken. Nobody would listen to me. Nobody wanted to talk or share. All they wanted to do was kill stuff, while beating their chest to prove their manliness in battle. All I wanted to do in game was help people. I wanted to form friendships and bonds that would last for a very long time. Sadly I do not think this will ever happen. And with a heavy heart. I must say my goodbyes.
My only hope is that in another world and another time I will have my place in the spotlight. My time to shine will be soon and it will be glorious. In the meantime I must continue my quest for that next big thing. Someday I will find my perfect game and my perfect game will find me. And than, I will be happy. I will be free. I will be loved. Farewell my friends....I love you all.

to the OP, you get a +10 interweb points for this post. Seeing all the lamers coming here and posting how the game sucks so much after playing it for a few hours has been a total joke and I love how the OP has taken it and made fun of those threads in the best way possible.
Anyone who thinks this was a serious thread really needs to step back and take a breather for once.

I'm sorry Channce. I would come to your server but the naked woman and the blood would drive me CRAZY!!!! The naked ladies are such a distraction to me. I can't seem to focus on my job when they are around. I can't complete my mission when they are near. I can't think clearly when they are beside with their boobs right in my face. I need to go to a place in AOC where I can focus. I need to be able to concentrate to accomplish my goals. And I simply can't concentrate with boobies shoved in my face. Maybe if I wasn't a silly little virgin things would be easier. DANG IT!!!!!!!! SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!

I presume that the OP is trying to insult people who don't like his game by forcing the most ridiculous arguments into their mouths and thus, by association, discrediting any valid criticism.
It's called argumentum ad absurdum and is commonly used as a dirty trick in amateur rhetorics. Needless to say you'd get laughed out of any serious discussion if caught using it.

Problem with the spoiled kiddie online flamemasters is their parents don't kick their arses. Respect for other people is not a quality in our youth. The way some of these kids talk to even their parents is pathetic.
No offense to any young people that have respect for others and don't fit this. Also it's not only kids. I worked as a bouncer/security at nightclubs for many years and seen adults act worse then kids.
People need to pull their heads out of the sand and have more respect for themselves and those around them.
Conan, good, or bad, whatever your opinion is, draws the worst element in part to it's nudity, and (to a lesser extent) gore. I hear many times how people think it will keep the kids away, I see just the opposite.
This will draw pre-teen/teen/post teen pervs like flies to dung.
The upside is on a PVP server atleast you would have good reason to attack these pukes.
If anyone has a buddy key throw it my way please. I would like to see if this game warrants subscribing.

Markoraos I am not trying to insult anybody. YOU are the one being insulting. And YOU are the one who is being MEAN!!! I am ashamed to admit it, but I am a very sensitive person. It is a flaw I have been trying to get rid of for years. But to my dismay, it won't go away. I am not saying AOC is a bad game. I'm just saying the people and the environment within the game world made me sad and angry, it even brought me to tears. You may think there is nothing here to see, but I believe otherwise. I think there is a lot to see in this thread. And there is a lot that needs to be seen in the MMORPG industry.
We need games and MMORPG more geared toward nurturing and helping our youth. Give our children games filled with violence, gore and booblets is not a positive sign. Where is the creativity? Where is the expression? Where is the excitment and joy of the art of roleplay. Nobody likes to roleplay anymore. It is like a fallen art, slowly fading away in the darkness. Slowly fading away into time, never to show its face again. I have tried countless times to convince the community and the mods to have a role play section on this forum, but all I get as a response is silence. I hear nothing. I hear no sound.
The more days that go by the more my heart bleeds for the future of the industry. The future of the gamers. When will we see the light? When will we have our galaxy back? When will we see our stars and when will we see our wars? Please, somebody tell me. Somebody show me the way!!!
