Ok, best MMO I have played. I went from never going to play to actually really enjoying myself.
I must tell you, from my point of view, the game was slow to start. I forced myself to play. Then I hit lvl 6 and the game opened up for me. RVR, PVP, Public Quests... OMG!!! SO MUCH FUN. The game is great. Now I am having a blast with the way it is set up and guides you through all the different things to do.
Crafting is great, you actually can craft openly. I.E. get a glass vial, get a main ingredient, get 3 more ingredients mix and match and you get urself something pretty neat or nothing at all cause it can fail. But it was fun experimenting.
are black orcs viable in rvr as sword and board specced?
You will be pleasantly surprised. I watched the orc tanks lay waste to Order as I was trying to bring them down. With a good healer behind them anything is viable!
When I install the game will the features listed on the box be playable???
I haven't read the box but I'll check off some features that I have tested.

I'm probably forgetting stuff here but those are all the things that are in and that I have tested so far. Not going to put my opinion on them just yet. I'll probably just make my own thread in a bit.
if anyone has any questions that i can try to answer, im going to write up a bit of a review myself of what ive dealt with so far in beta, so pm me any specifics that i can try to answer
still not sure how i feel about this game, I didnt like the animation of my toon, hated the goofy bow shots, even when I was close I was shooting off far away, some other icon bugs, but I have kept going back, the quests are pretty good.
I have only played one senerio which was a lot of fun, but basicly just caputre the flag, I have had some encounters in RvR, just one on one or got attacked by a few (its RvR, that happens) The keeps I have seen look to have a lot of potential for some great RvR. Havent decied for sure if im going to buy it, wont pre order for sure.
When I said i had "time", i meant virtual time, i got no RL "time" for you.
Another question: How many pets can the squig herder have? I saw only 1 in official footage. Is this all or will there be any class that can have 2 or more pets at the same time?
edit: And how is it to play a squig herder? Like the hunter in WoW aka Boring shooting from distance and thats it?
I was wondering if you have played the Disciple of Khaine? If you can tell me anything about that class. I also wanted to know if they do good dps, or if they just hit to gain essence for heals? Thanks!
In good gear they are nasty as hell, they can heal themselves, and others... makes them a great peel tank. Damage is fairly good.
sword and board = sword and shield The answer from my experience is yeah, hard as hell to kill
both chosen and black orc have sword and shield specs..very viable considering they add to block values as well as parry/dodge. so yes....you are much more defensive as a sword and shield character, though your dps will be lessened a bit (as should be in regards to using a 1h vs a 2h weapon)

simple question is it good? =D
Do you have actual beta videos to show? If someone has, please make them availeable, thanks
How is performance on big scale battles?
How is class balance?
Is shadow warrior overpowered?
Tell meh moar!
I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out of ass. Because I kicked so much of it earlier.
i have some in game beta footage...and will be uploading them to youtube shortly.
as for is it fun...i find it alot of fun....most fun i have had in a long time..since i got exiled from swg
I have no specific questions... just waiting for the flood of opinions and hype... well maybe I have some generic questions =P
Is the game balanced for PvP at its current state?
Really, honestly, is the world PvP deeper than say... TM vs SS in Hillsbrad? I assume it is, but I want to hear some opinions.
Should we expect it to spiral into death in an AoC fashion?
etc etc... gogo opinions
When I install the game will the features listed on the box be playable???
performance is excellent..ran a castle seige with well over 100 people combined on both sides and still maintained about 20-30fps
class balance..pretty good..though i feel (as a destruction character) some order characters are still a bit over powered
have not tried shadow warrior...sorry

are black orcs viable in rvr as sword and board specced?
my apologies..what do you mean by sword and board...not familiar with that term
My guilds working on our video footage from last night, hope to have it up with in an hour or two.

sword and board is 1h/shield instead of using 2 handed weapons

Yes, tanks are very helpfull.
There is full colision detection in RvR so durring keeps the tanks really are on the front lines holding choke points and such.

Just 1 from what I played.
If someone could give me some information on Shadow Warriors I would be very grateful.
