From the very beginning i found it a weird idea for a game,i did not believe there was a decent following of the series to warrant a multi million dollar project to build this game.It really makes me think this game from the beginning was nothing more than a scheme to rip off others of there money,fold it and hope everything is covered up by the nice loopholes our beloved justice system makes to protect the guilty.

A stargate MMO solves a problem many MMO's have reguarding expansions when they paint themselves into a corner lorewise.
Just open another address and a whole new world opens up that only has to be tied to the canon by the existance of the gate. Now if the game fairy waved her magic wand and CME released the game I MIGHT buy it several months after release to see if its stable, I'd never give CME money directly. no credit info at all, only game cards etc, and I'd NEVER pay to DL it, only pay at a 3rd party retailer. My real hopes is that another company, any other company, gets the game license.

These allegations have resulted in two " Felony 6" criminal charges filed against me by the County Prosecutors Office.. Because I do not believe I am Guilty of Anything and I did not take the initial Plea o I now have to go through the system in hopes the Prosecutor will see things for what they are.
The crimes, puportedly answering TWO emails from the Corporate Counsel of CME, Mike Rafford and from the CEO, Tim Jenson, purportedly violated the Injuction.

I will stipulate that Agricola1 is a game savvy person. Whether or not he "knows" what Whiting is may be another matter. Most of what we have to go on is what you tell us. And you do tell us over and over and over. Regardless, I have my doubts as to your interests being solely in getting an SGW based game released into MMO. Admit it, you saw dollar signs and lots of them. Why Whiting chose to return your less that minimum investment, I have no idea other than what has been said on the net.
My interest is in seeing that no one else loses money in this venture. Plain and simple. And please, continue to make degrading remarks regarding peoples housing if it makes you feel better. What I know for a fact about Whiting is that he's a con man with multiple failed business ventures in his wake and CME/MMOGULs seem to be no exception. Guenther has been accused of mismanaging funds, I can't say if that's true or not. I've seen what he's accused of and there seems to be a large grey area where I personally can't make sense of it, it seems to be no better than one persons word against another.

This was a "Trust" that raised over $130K and did nothing to help members get their money back. The only ones who made money were Bob, his lawyer and his family.

I will stipulate that Agricola1 is a game savvy person. Whether or not he "knows" what Whiting is may be another matter. Most of what we have to go on is what you tell us. And you do tell us over and over and over. Regardless, I have my doubts as to your interests being solely in getting an SGW based game released into MMO. Admit it, you saw dollar signs and lots of them. Why Whiting chose to return your less that minimum investment, I have no idea other than what has been said on the net.
My interest is in seeing that no one else loses money in this venture. Plain and simple. And please, continue to make degrading remarks regarding peoples housing if it makes you feel better. I'm sure some of these gamers do not live in a big, fancy house like you do, but it doesn't make their opinions any less valuable than yours. I was unaware an opinion is only as valuable as the wealth of who says it. Sort of tells us your real intentions, it's all about the money, not the game.
What I know for a fact about Whiting is that he's a con man with multiple failed business ventures in his wake and CME/MMOGULs seem to be no exception. Guenther has been accused of mismanaging funds, I can't say if that's true or not. I've seen what he's accused of and there seems to be a large grey area where I personally can't make sense of it, it seems to be no better than one persons word against another.
True or not this is an MMORPG forum, I admit that anyone getting involved in an MLM (pyramid scheme) is either dodgy or a sucker. All I see is a guy looking to make a quick buck with this scheme that feels he's been ripped off by Whiting. If Guenther were soliciting money from former investors that want to take Whiting to court I'd be wary, however he isn't. As far as I can tell he's soliciting others who would be plantiffs against Whiting in order to bolster his own case.
As long as Guenther is against Whiting then I'm with him on this, Whiting plans to turn an MMORPG into a giant hunting ground for pyramid schemers. Admittedly Guenther would have been happy to have been involved if Whiting had run everything properly, but Whiting didn't. Whiting should be removed from the MMORPG industry and his pyramid scheme should be removed like the cancer it is. I care not who is willing to help towards this, the ends justify the means. Meaning I don't care what you may or may not have done whilst involved in a different business or wether you've been to prison in the past due to a petty criminal act. I care about Whiting being ridden like the disease he is, and if you can help then your past deeds in another place aren't my concern.

First off Bob I never sent anything to the Texas Bar although I did send stuff to the Governor and the Attorney General for Texas and it was all backed up by certified documentation concerning you and Larry Friedman. I also sent along all your postings including by your own statement that the ASDMBA Trust (the one you and Larry used to scam 130,000.00 from victums) was not a legal trust and was never registered as is required in the State of Texas.
Why don't you tell all these nice people here about the 135 people in Arizona that you stole money from. Yes you are correct that the Attorney General is looking at Whiting but you also should let these good people here know that he is also looking at you for Securities Fraud among other things.
Just so you know I have sent by Fedx a packet to Judge Sanders with more certified documentation with copies of the names and address's of those people from Arizona that you and your buddy scammed. I am sure there will questions that she will be asking you and if I were you I would try and come up with a good explanation.

So will the beta open up again soon? Not that I'm in the beta i just heard they shut it down months ago and there hasn't been an update as to when it will re-open.

This is all bad news but there is a bright side! No They can make a Stargate episode based off everything going on! Imagine they get sent to an alternate universe (for the 100th time) and run into themselves attempting to make a game based on their experiances. I would watch it.
