Well, if it does no harm, and it DOES work after you ignore it before they have it fixed - I do not see the problem! Professional or not, they have a "solution" for their customers which I think is the main focus!

Nothing to do with hate. Ever wonder why traffic slows down near an accident? Its called "gaper traffic". Those people dont slow down and look because they hate it, they slow down and look because its interesting.
I was following this game and was very interested in joining the beta until I started looking into it and hearing all of the problems. Now I am just enjoying the show and waiting for release and ~month after release reviews. I've already decided I will not get involved in this game unless it 180's like Darkfall did.

try to BT the game since the start of the open beta. Saw only... the patcher, always downloading a new patcher etc. This is WORST than DnL and RV. Patchers are a pretty central part of MMO's they're constantly being updated (at least if the company is any good, there are updates/additions/fixes). So why would you not have your own, that you made, that maybe worked... Is this not basic, and central to your working game?

That's why I thought it says a LOT about the company when it takes a fan to make a patcher for you.
People that expect a single patch to fix the overall feel of a game are really kidding themselves. If you've played Mortal Onlines Beta and you didn't like the game your flat out not going to like the release version either. If you just didn't like a small aspect that was buggy then you should be fine because chances are it wil be fixed at some point in the future.
Relying on a patch to change your mindset of a game is pretty simplistic if you ask me.

I actually had that exact same issue when i tried the game.The weird thing about the ERROR is there really is no error,go figure.What i found was the D/L'r was acting weird because of tons of lag,all i did was leave the patcher on after the error popped up and out of nowhere,it magically started to D/L.I had the same lag issues in every aspect of the game including making my player and choosing a start zone,it was all because of lag.

I received the same error. After about the sixth launcher restart the error didn't show up. Some people have been able to get past the error by moving the error window so the "Continue" button is over the launcher's "Play" button and then clicking real fast.

Usually abused women are mentally and emotionally abused so much before they ever meet the physically abusive man that they have a distorted view of reality and it takes serious psychological work and sometimes medication to bring them to a normal state of mind.
It shows extreme poor taste in using them as an example and its almost insulting in the manner you refer to them.
Thats for those that actually can leave the abusive man. There are some that cant leave because they have nobody and nowhere to go and no money to leave with and are basically prisoners.

Did you try clicking Continue? Really, click continue and spam the enter key to activate the play button. some people said it worked.
