Do not forget there are a lot of people who are paying a sub and not playing the game at all waiting for the game to meet the potential they lay on it. It seems the average fanboy has an almost religious fervor for SV.
If you want FFA Full Loot PvP to EVER be considered by a developer in the future, I'd suggest becoming a much bigger MO fan right quick.
If MO and DF fail, it's the last you'll EVER see of FFA PvP in an MMO.
I doubt that fall of MO/DF will mean an end to full loot in games. There will be some developers who look at EvE or UO, and come to conclussion that since people are playing it, there is an interest for such features. However fall of MO would hopefully mean an end to buggy, amateurish games.
I would also question if full loot is taht much in demand anymore. Sure, there are several thousands players who like it, but honestly, I would easily trade it away for just a good sandbox, with everything working but without full loot.

Where is the key/legend/data? All this chart tells me is that there is some numbers, lines, and dates on a piece of paper. What dose the blue line mean? The orange bars that that skip ever so often.
Not having a legend I can easily tell that the BLUE line is share price and the RED Bars are share volume...

Doesn't take a genius to figure that SV is going sinking. the stock value just keeps going down and down, numbers show they are losing money. So unless they find free network hosting services and their devs accept to work 60 hours a week for free, this game is shutting down soon.

Here's the 1 Year chart (a much more telling figure - prices spiked at launch, started to decrease significantly thereafter, spiked again with the Epic patch and have since plummeted):
FYI - both charts are directly hyperlinked to their respective source pages. The reason the previous charts didn't have legends is because the legend isn't part of the graphical image of the chart on the source page (it's a header, instead). I've grabbed a screen print that includes the legend for each chart and have linked to the source page for validation. All of this information has been available through the link on the first page since the OP.

Q3 - we lost subs but these are now increasing since the new build

It won't be until the next report that we see if people stay. This buys them some time from investors potentially. I was wondering if they hold onto these patches until the month before the quarterly reports so they can show that they have made changes and that subs are "trending" upward. Even if it is 3 steps back and 1 forward unless they give sub numbers it could make it look like things are getting better.
I guess the other numbers will tell the story though.

On a side note, I wonder where the missing board members are? According to SV's official website, the board is listed as:
Per Hökfelt – Chairman of the board
Henrik Nyström – Board member/CEO
Robert Uhlmann – Board member
Ulf Nyström – Deputy board member
Not listed on the Star Vault website are Claes Ramel or Fredrik Nyström-Reimers, who were reported as voted into the board on April 30th, 2010 and on May 6th, 2010.. Claes Ramel recently listed himself as a SV AB board member on his linkedin.com profile. They also aren't listed on investor sites, such as businessweek.com. Please note, both are listed as Board Directors on ft.com.
On AktieTorget, Fredrik Nyström-Reimers is listed as having ~203k Type B shares, but Claes Ramel doesn't appear to own any shares in Star Vault.
