Cosmic Hyperion, doing her part in trying to keep Founder's Falls beautiful and as alien and mutant plant-free as possible. She has been spotted in many places however, even in the battles against the Praetorian invasions. No job is too small when it comes to trying to protect the citizens of Paragon City. Some even go so far as to consider her a Guardian Angel.

Krim Telvas: a hero with a high opinion of himself who went from laboratory science assistant (he totally did all the work) to custodian of Ouroboros (it sounds better than 'janitor'). With his indomitable will and swift energy claw, he rends through even the dirtiest of the messes left behind by heroes and villains alike. However, when there is some down time in Ouroboros (relatively speaking...), there is only one way to get the best use of it.
...and that's by what the Menders call the 'keep a moron busy in Ouroboros' exercise. Krim continuously jumps off the edge of the main island while flailing about his claws in free fall pretending to be awesome. This always ends with fall into the pool of water in the center of the island he just jumped off of so he can do it again. And again. And again. And again...
