The end of free month approaches…

Europe. Tuesday 17.15 GMT.

1 Full server – 0 Very Heavy – 27 Heavy – Rest Servers Standard.

I guess those are low numbers comparing a few days back.

Every day more and more ppl get to lvl 50. Every day they realize that there is nothing to do except the same old grinding. The only thing to do is running dungeons and later raids. PvP sucks and there are only 3 warzones. Crafting is generic and boring. World is dead and there is few to none to do out there.

So what. The next content update is inbound. People will return.

Edit: That's how gaming works, you blaze through the existing content, have a blast, do something else, and return when new content is available.

That is the biggest problem with these new games since WoW, they are very easy to play even children can play them (one of the biggest reasons games like WoW have a big Sub. base) and everyone just runs through to end-game in a matter of weeks and even days then bitches cause there is nothing to do. That is why i wish i never left EQ, you may have only gotten half a level or if it was a good hunting spot a full level, but you felt like you accomplished something and since it was group based you socialized for the entire time you killed stuff. Nowadays it is all about insta gratification, who can get to the end fastest, and solo play unless you want to raid.

If you want, you can track it yourself without the need to keep posting it. Doesn't mean anything if they change the server caps, but so far they havent said they had.

So here ya go : http://www.swtorarena.com/statistics/

Like they returned to Rift-Warhammer-AoC-Aion-Lotro etc?

Name a game that the subscribers turned back after they canceled their subscription.

Very few to none and SWTOR is heading the same direction.

    I will be renewing my subscription  {mod edit}

I also really enjoy the PVP in the game and a PVP patch in incoming which will address a lot of the current PVP complaints.  (It's already on the PTS server).

Hey look, another person anti-SWTOR poster posting "the end is near" threads.  How new and exciting.

It's actually kind of repetitive. Especially when you consider that it comes up whenever a new game releases. Oh wait, that was sarcasm, wasn't it?

I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.

    They increased server capacity....

That's the reason it's not "Heavy" or "Full."  But it's also natural that some people have decided SWTOR is not their cup of tea.

As for me, my biggest worry is finding the time to complete as much of the story/alt content as much as possible.

I'm enjoying the game immensily.   And first time in a long time, I'm not racing to 50.  Best game so far for those that "enjoy the ride" rather than the destination.

    ^ This

OP do you know that there was artificial server caps in place to "help evenly distribute" the player population.

OP do you know if they would lower that artificial server cap it would show servers full, thus deflating your failed arguement of "noone is playing"

    When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.

After being bored with WOW last year, I jumped into RIFT waiting for SWTOR, Once SWTOR came out, I jumped into it, but again, I can't quench my thirst. Something is missing in that game, and I can't quite put the finger on it. It' s an alright game but somehow I feel disapointed and I'm getting bored again after almost a month of playgame. The fact that the servers are so dead doesn't help either, I happen to play for a couple of hours without meeting anybody. Also the LFG needs a serious help. I don't know, personally, I play SWTOR just because I'm bored. I guess now I'm waiting for GW2 to see if it's going to do the trick for me.

Actually looking forward to the departure of the lookie-loos.  Should decrease the white noise level considerably.

Self-pity imprisons us in the walls of our own self-absorption. The whole world shrinks down to the size of our problem, and the more we dwell on it, the smaller we are and the larger the problem seems to grow.

QFT! This game was never going to be big with the "race to endgame" crowd. This game is all about the levels between 1 and 50.  I play a lot, over a few characters. My highest is 32 and I love each story. Loads of fun.

In fact, I am having so much fun, I cannot even pick a game to hate and troll right now...to busy actually playing. ;-)

Probably?  Can someone be more specific?  I've never seen anything like that in the patch notes or official news, just people parroting it on forums.
