When I bought it there was no indication that it was eu only. Now I went back to the site and not only is it marked eu only but the site can tell if you arent eu and will not sell to you at all. I sent sales a request to exchange but I doubt I will get anything.
Someone said I could register an eu account at SE and then use the key for that, but I dont want to get banned or something for just 3 days access.
edit: got a quick response from g2play offering rewards points (credit to next purchase).

Just so you know, I havent misrepresented myself in any way so you cant honestly accuse me of fraud. And though I wasted $3, they technically never represented that the code was NA so I cant claim they defrauded me either.
If they got the codes by ordering through amazon then cancelling the order that might be considered fraud, but you dont really know how they got the code.

Yes, you have. Is that vendor a licensed supplier of SE? If not, it's fraud. You broke the user license and your account can and should be suspended (if you are caught).
EDIT:
Sorry, it seemed like you used a code off that site - you just purchased one needlessly. You are correct, you didn't defraud SE assuming you properly bought a game through a licensed supplier for early access.

Where does it say that I agree to check a vendor's credentials?
