While i haven't purshased the ESO and therefore won't be playing (probably while it's still P2P, perhaps), i wish a fun time on those of who have bought it, that you enjoy yourselves tomorrow and that the game is worth it to you guys.

I hope the consumers have fun, but I hope there is never another game like this, there is to much wrong with it. From money grab to poor design to bad animations to an unjustifiable monthly cost - the consumers are driving this, and unfortunately the acceptance for mediocrity is driving me away. I'm due for a new hobby anyhow, I guess I can't help but think about life before microtransactions and dlc.

Still trying to wrap my head around why a person would refuse to play an MMO simply because it has a subscription. If it's an absolute blast to play, that $15 a month seems like chump change to me.
I dont think thats why he is not playing - i think it has more to do with ESO is just a very bad game.
Subjective opinion my friend, subjective opinion. Luckily, I've had a chance to play a number of beta weekends. So I know it's a good game.

What I can't wrap my head around is why a person would hang around on forums of games that they have no intention of playing. Which is less directed at the OP than at the bridge dwelling follower that came with him.

A friend of mine does. He says that game is really lots of fun but he simply has little time right now that he could spend on playing (tops few hours every weekend with some luck). To him as much as a game is great he still refuses to play it right now for this very reason.
"Us" are the actual people that tested the game and know it is far from a "very bad game".
But hey...you want to put yourself in the spotlight...hey...more power to ya.

Good or bad is subjective. And arguing about subjective things is akin to a dog chasing its own tail. You just go in circles.
I don't see how my post is me trying to put myself in spotlight though. Or maybe you just like to throw around random phrases.
While i can't speak for Rock, i myself am interested in ESO, mainly for the pvp. I'm simply taking my traditional wait-and-see approach to new video games, specially mmos. If everything turns out good for the game, and the RVR ends up great and gets proper development, then i might buy it.
As i said before, i don't have an issue with subs, it's a matter of waiting and seeing it tunrs out to be worth it and if it might end up going F2P/B2P. If it doesn't, stays sub based, and the RVR tunrs out awesome (aswell as the rest of the game), then i'll probably jump. So, i'll keep following the game even after launch, the same being for WS and AA, and all other upcoming mmos.
But i've already discussed this before, and it's not why i made this thread.

You can not like a game and say it's not for you....that makes an opinion. That DOES NOT make a bad game. What that person said was outright wrong. They may not like the game, but to say it is a bad game come from some agenda. And agendas are not tolerated b me.

making sure it worked cuz last 2 threads said deleted...games good, for a themepark..and at the end of the day you will log on and say...why the hell am i here..and then you realize there is no point
best game out there right now for me and I will be playing. Can you name a better one? Rift was shit to me. WOW is old. EQ needs another year. 26k games of WOT still like it but need something a little different also. Anyways, will see you haters in a couple months im betting.
