There is limitation already - time. LP has nothing to do with economy.

Disagree.  By limiting the ability to produce, will naturally have some affect in prices, as well as quantity of goods.  Both of these things affect the economy.  LP isn't the sole contributing factor, but it is a factor.

If you play fairly regularly and do any trade runs, farming and crafting, you will run out of labor even if you use 4 labor pots every 12 hours with alts.

Labor is also the reason everyone isn't max crafting right now.  There's a fairly inexpensive way to level crafting by just crafting the sleeves version of the armor your making and then breaking down the sleeves to get the archeum dust back (the expensive part of the craft).

Without labor restriction max crafting would be easily achievable.

It also helps keep the economy in check because dedicated people with lots of time could basically get unlimited gold by doing trade runs constantly, if labor wasn't a factor.

That is the only factor - the play time. In given play session, there is only as much I can do - craft, mine, kill mobs, w/e.

    LP = time

Labor Points is just a gimmick that allows for easy monetization. It functions same way as any other boost potion - ie. boost in mining yield, reduction of crafting time, etc.

LP does not fix nor help issue with oversupply and market saturation.

You are looking at it from perspective of 1 player within 1 limited time frame, not thinking in bigger context. You are limiting individuals but that has no bearing on where the economy is heading. Inevitable market saturation and oversupply will happen and LP nor extreme grind will change that.

That is why item decay is important as it effective force that can drive away the resources out of system.

    That does not matter.

It may affect the speed the economy is developing, it won't change what it develop towards to.

...I really apreciate when people trie to bring some sence in to why some gaming company take this decisions in implementing some game mecanics.

The short version of this is that the games companis dicatates the way you play the game as how they think its best for you...What excuse its that?...same goes with D3"play your way"my arse with 2 builds that work per class as compared with bilions of posible builds they say the game have.
But in reality even if they may think its the best thing they have come up with, its simply not.Why?...becouse if the majority of the players finde it frustrating than its not working. If i am a new player and have such restrictions from the start, making imediate conection to wot it sales on the item shop=not fun.
And you dont need to be a math genious to see that if in 3-4 hours of play time i got 200-300 LP and one craft its 50 LP...than wot?

Peoples are smarter than this!Sooner or later they will see the true meaning of this LP witch its seling LP in shop...and you will see merge servers in not a distant futures.

I realy liked the ideea of the game...the pvp, crafting. But like many says limitations are not fun.

You consider yourself a good gaming company?Finde solutions against frustrations.
We are sick of this excuses"this is good becouse we say so"...Dont know about a good item shop sistem?make it P2P or B2P...but quit this already!!
