Today is day 6 of waiting. I had gotten an email late last night with a phone number to call. I called, waited on hold for close to 90mins. Talked to the Rep for about 5 minutes and everything is back up. They "resurected" the account after asking a few security things. Rep was very nice and apologetic with the inconvenience.

Just curious, how much did waiting on hold for 90 minutes cost you? Since it's not toll free? I have to call support to get my software token removed. Just don't wanna spend a few hundred dollars to do it.
