SWG population seems good to me, and I am living the Star Wars Dream :)

I am realy loving this game for endless reasons, but it will only be more fun if you guys come join  back in the fun.

Do not hate, Hate brings fear and fear brings pain and pain brings... oh I forgot it now, well you know what I mean. :)

I like the missions, they are good stories and feel natural and not repetitive.

I love how there are different missions geared towards the dirrerent job paths.

I also saw a good amount of grouping in missions and people in covert operations like base raiding missions with eachother.

It is cool how I got my own ship and can modify it. Seems lots to do.

I'm sure I will get into a group soon after I get to know my way around.

My Brother wants to run a town and rival other groups so if they try to come into the town the ones who live in his town will comence to destroy them.

My goal is to get one of those 4 level homes, how cool is that? Lots to do.

And EVE is also a great game but you stay inside the ship all the time, bummer...

And CoH is Great but thos missions are just one after the other repetitive...realy.

And I do not mine seeing Jedi in game because all the Star Wars Films seem to be told from the side of the Jedi anyways or the Sith or somthing anyways.

I am a Bounty Hunter and it is cool and I FEEL like a bounty hunter too...

And yes I love the Wide Open Feel, Keep it comming Yes. Good Job, keep it all comming, I am exstatic with how fun this is.

I realy have to thank KatOR I, I finished it and it was awsome and I learned a lot about Star Wars and it was what mostly made me play SWG finaly.

I doubt anybody could dream up the NGE.

Your avatar is right, only the devil could come up with such pure disregard and evil.

I repect your thoughts on the matter but I'm thinking if SWG is that bad then Online Games in general are dead and dead gone.

Look at poor D&D Online you guys know what I'n talking about. It's only city and intanced missions one after the other on the rims of the city? Now THAT is sad and a real shame for MMORPG to be heading in that direction at all.

    Online games should be worlds.

They got some comming out that say they are big world but they are no bigger then CoH. And CoH is just a Bigger D&D Online. Good games maybe but not Worlds, for what I play an online game for.

So you think that SWG is a good MMORPG?

Its nothing more than a mockery of Star Wars.

Even Lego Star Wars was more fun than SWG.

When i played the NGE compaired to how it was before i was so insulted i felt sick. The simplest things like the ANIMATIONS for the characters didn't add up. Jedis were turned from gracefull warriors into somebody who goes "HUH-HUH-HUH-HUH-HUH!" and pokes the enemy about 200 times in 2 seconds untill they die. how is that the Star Wars Dream?

Questing with friends was turned into a COMPLETE joke. You die in like 2 seconds flat even with buffs on whilst questing at lvl80-90.

After the NGE was released a medic took out EIGHT players in a 8v1 in Coronet without going below half health. Does that sound like a company which tests its products for balancing?

If you played this game in the June of 2004, you would know the game was 10x better then it currently is. There was 100x more people online too.

Get off the meds, then you will see it wasnt a dream but yet its a nightmare. I will never play this POS game again, they took out my favorite clasee (creature handler) <-- you know the class that was heavly nerfed over and over again, given a bone only to have it draw us in for the final blow. The game sucks, and i hope it dies, i hope SOE company crumbles and files bankrupcy <--spelling--?>. My only hope is LA waking up and smells the eager vets money and gives the IP to bioware or another competent company and rolls back to pre-cu. You my friend are living in a dream world, you must be smoking some good sh*t or heavley medicated. Wake up man, just wake up.

I do agree with you tho on 1 thing, KoToR is an awesome game.

Its just kills me that $Oe could of avoided all of this if they jsut brough out the NGE as its own game. If anything it would of placed all the "I dont want to play to get stuff jsut give it to me know people" from the "complexity is fun" group into different games and we could of avoided all these flame posts. All I ask of the new players that enjoy the NGE to take this into consideration... A LOT of people played the game since day one. Within a 24 hour period they had over 2 years of time effort and money flushed down the drain. If you want to play the game thats fine. We did, and to a certain extent you get to play a game you like because of us. So instead of berating us, why dont you jsut thank us and leave us be ok.

I agree. SWG pre cu was a virtual world where you could choose your own path to follow. Too bad the lazy, leet kids don't like the sandbox concept. Shoot-kill-shoot-kill is their opinion of fun. " I rock in CS!!!" - random leet speaking PvP'er.

You see, part of being human is that everyone has different tastes and ideas of what fun is.  Just because you no longer find something fun does not mean that it is universal across everyone.

For instance, I don't find WoW fun at all but that's not to say it isn't a fun game, it just doesn't suit my tastes.

People need to come to terms with this and stop with the flaming of anyone who even hints that they're enjoying the game

The point is, it's pisses me off that people are having fun on my expence(spelling). The game I enjoyed playing were taken away from me and replaced with a new game. Had the NGE been a separate game from SWG, you'd never hear a peep outta me. They did that to please the one who are liking the NGE as they're SOE's target audience. I'm still forced to pay the same amount for a lesser game if I still wish to play.

It's like renting a penthouse appartment and being moved down to the basement, cause it's more "liveable" down there. The rent remains the same though. Then you meet the new resident of your old penthouse in the hall, going on and on about the great view and how awesome the penthouse appartment is. I'm sure you'd be smiling from ear to ear.....

Yeah I see the point you are trying to make , If you lost your home in such a way . But this is a game , its developers decided to change it . The op is nothing more than someone who decided to pick it up in a store .

Hello again.  I'm back with another edition of Rogue_5's Comlink.
As you know, we have been gathering feedback from the community via the forums, polls, chats and focus groups.  From that feedback we have received one clear message; everyone wants the development team to focus on the live game.  Well, we agree and have therefore decided to dedicate the entire development team to the live game for the rest of this year.
    What exactly does this mean?
Specifically, it means we will focus on one, and only one thing, the live game. And, we will not be doing an expansion this year – that's right, this is not a typo – no expansion!
Because of this unilateral focus, we will be able to do a lot with the live game this year – things that are on your top ten list and ours as well.  Our publish plan will grow to include many new features that we wouldn't previously have been able to do. Some of these include the addition of new high-end content targeting players between levels 70 - 90, along with a new profession customization system that will allow you to make your characters more unique – do I see a few interested nods out there?  And, of course we will also expand on the features that were in the original plan, add more story-driven questing content, and dare I say – fix more bugs.  The publish plan is geared to get more of what you want in the game, faster.  And, with the highest quality and level of polish.  We want our community to be excited about playing SWG.
I will continue to keep you updated with more details as we get closer to each publish.  As always your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for your continued support.  May the Force be with you.

P.S. I.m sure I would of had liked Pre-NGE too but from what people said, it did seemed a bit macro management. But I'm sure of, no ware near EVE, In EVE they say you can own Space Station, but you can't unless you worked at it for months and with 100 other people, and you still can't get out and stretch your legs in it.

Don't they streamline most MMO's anyways, and then bring them back into a more level state?

I think they did that in CoH.

Nay Sir, I shall not wander those fields again.  Verily, it is so.  Much time hath passed and much displeasure hath come from the empire that is $0e.  I say to sir, Enjoy what you have as they shall change hence again.  Truth be told kind sir, $oe  niether sees the forest nor the trees.  I hath lain down my blaster, set my creatures free and departed this shame filled land for shores afar.  To return, qouting the raven, Nevermore.

I am glad you are enjoying the game MagnumII.

The game is ruined for me, but that is because I want a game that doesn't exist any more. But I don't want your fun ruined because of that.

Good luck with the Bounty Hunting btw , unless you are Imperial, in which case you are the lowest of the low

Sure, I see the point you're trying to make.  But I don't see it as fair to take it out on those that are joining the game and having fun with it.  It's not their fault that this is the type of fun they like.  Stick with flaming SOE and LA
