I can sum in up in one. Because I find it more fun then alot of the others MMO's i've played. In the end that matters to me is quite simply. Is the game fun. With WoW the answer is yes, therefore I play it.
In War - Victory. In Peace - Vigilance. In Death - Sacrifice.
wow is better than any other mmorpg for beginners and people new to the genre because of:
1 easy to learn and play. you don't have to worry about how you spend points in stats (i.e. str, dex, etc), because the game automatically allocates them for you. there's a bazillion game guides out there to show you how to tweak your talents for mid-levels and redo them for lvl 60 raiding. with those, you don't have to worry about picking "bad" talents. so even the talent allocation is simple and easy.
2 no death penalty. no more getting looted by players or mobs when you die = you don't lose stuff. no xp penalty on death, means you don't have to take longer to level.
3 no item decay. you never have to worry about losing any items again. now, you might outlevel them, but nothing will ever fade away.
it's pretty and it's incredibly simple to learn and play. an excellent beginner game.
for folks that have played for a while... yeah, nosomuch.
i think the above three reasons COULD be why others play and keep on playing. not losing "stuff" makes people feel uber. just no one will list any of the above, because it DOESN'T make wow better than other games, it makes it a great beginner game, and beginner games do not make you uber.
per kaplan, the game is based upon raiding, that should be on everyone's list of why wow is the best - the great raids and new raids in all (but one) patches. "learn to raid", kaplan shouted, waving his fist angrily at the sky gods of EQ... anywho, great beginner game, and i believe those same qualities are what make it 'over the top' for a lot of long time players.
could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?
1) You'll get too see at least 2 naked dancing nightelf females in IronForge almost at all times.
2) There is 3 different talent trees, but you'll only have to go down one (More or less)
3) You'll be able to bubble hearth on horde-side soon.

One good point I haven't seen mentioned yet is adaptability. WoW encourages the use of mod's (non cheating) and then takes the best features created by the players and eventually puts them into the game.

I don't know... I think a lot of mods out there that ARE blizzard approved seems like cheating. I know one of my warrior friends has this mod where all he has to do is auto attack and then press this one button and it does everything for him. (With attacks) I don't know if they changed that, but since its been around since 1.9patch I'm currently doubting that its not sanctioned.

Ok tell ya what i won't even mention combat, diversity, end-game activities. animations and other stuff because pretty much every MMO has them and if i do list them it would be only my matter of taste (and over 6 million others compared to other mmo's which are struggling to try to get that 500k mark)
1) Content: World of warcraft is absolutely seeping with content and backstory, more than any MMO ever i believe, most cry out against WOW saying it has a lack of content. I for one have never seen any mmo with more. Provided you actualy read into it. And i mean read into it because theres books out there about the universe of WOW thats right books!! The only MMO that comes to mind that has as much an in-depth backstory would be SWG (just so were clear DO NOT PLAY SWG , NGE RUINED IT!!!) and even Lucas stated that only the movies are really cannon so can't play around with the story much. WOW has a heap of games behind it telling the whole story. When the NPC's talk about the old orcs versus humans wars i remember helping each side win on my playstation one. When i think about the burning crusade coming back i think "oh shit" because i remember facing them on my P.C. Go onto WOW's website and you can read some of the story, they've told some of the story of the Blood elfs and Draenei (the two new races about to be published with the expansion)
Oh and just a note when there talking about how during the Burning Crusade the bood elfs were mistreadted by the Alliance remember playing that from the blood elf perpective (and boy did i hate that Dwarf )
2) Blizzard: yup thats right Blizzard, i'm a huge fan to be honest. There a very good and respectable company that have made great games. They've got a spotless record by not screwing over its customer base at all (True most MMO's have but still) when you compare that to the dangers of other games. When i do something in an MMO i need to know its aways gonna be there. Otherwise i haven't left any mark of myself and thats what i'm in a MMO to do!! I trust Blizzard most for this. There staff are the nicest in any MMO i've ever played. You look at photos of other developers for other games workpace and its all bland and pretty much like work. You look at WOW's and theres cutouts of the developers favorite characters in there and those giant air hammers for a bit of banter. Some will say "well they should be working whine whine whine" i like the fact that they know Its a game lets make it fun for all and create a good atmosphere. I remember on april fools day the blizzard devs actualy played a joke on everyone stating a terrible race that was one of the two for the burning crusade. A good work atmosphere doubles the workers productivity and that leads onto my next point...
3) OMG everything works!!: WOW is almost a bug free game its unbeliveable, most bugs are crushed easily within a few days and there customer support is top notch (not the best but top notch and nobody is gonna beat saga of ryzom for customer support) my moves.....work. All the quests ......work. Everything....works. like the last point. Blizzard won't release anything to you unless there sure it works now thats a company i want to give my money to. In pvp every profession excels at something different and can bring somehting new to the table. I'm a warrior fighting a warrior doing my stratagie, if a hunter should come aone (another brute fighting class) or a paladin if i don't change my stratagie and react to new changes your dead - not only this but because you had a role to play in the group its most likely gonna go down) Many companys reease something and go "wait isn't X better than this in every-way" or "won't Y totally dominate or unbalance" and the response (although not public) is "the payers wil handle it" I DON'T WANT TO PLAY CLEANUP for a bad move on their part and compared to other MMO's i've rarely had to in WOW (we all slip up)
Well i think i made my/a point I could also tak about how i like how everthing i listed in my first paragraph is inplimented lol.
So in short Yes i am obsessed with World of warcraft....And liek many other for good reasons unike many other obsessions (including some unmentioned MMO's)

Im talking about 3 reasons that are about the game not about how the company is great, Im talking about pure content like how the combat, skills, and things tell me how they are so much more special than another mmorpg, and how so many, 6 million people can possibly play for hours upon hours, not about how its bug free, I have seen a few mmorpgs with few bugs too , just a little lag after a very massive update, but what can you expect, so give me three reasons about the game, not the company and how there are no bugs, because I can assure you I have heard in quite a few accounts that Blizzard have not helped people asking for customer support, and bugs, its immpossible for a game to have no bugs at all, every game has bugs, so try to answer about just content and how this is more innovative than another mmorpg.(and Ive seen longer articles thats no novel)
You asked for 3 reasons why WoW is better then any other MMO. You didnt specify or lay down ground rules except races quests and so on. But now you are? Because you cant argue against them? What happens when someone else gives you 3 reasons you cant argue against? Going to add more stipulations? Your original post you asked for stuff not pertaining to quests, races, etc. Those are content. So you didnt want reasons about content. Now you want it only?
Something tells me no matter what is said you wont be open to it and just keeping adding on more and more stipulations. see, thats a pretty good answer, all you have to do is soan it out into 3 but the one you put is fine all I really want is someone to tell me a real answer, not a fanatic talking about how great the game is because they love, a real good answer would be saying that the 6 million people that play it like it just because they find it more fun than other mmorpgs, Im not allowed to say i like it or i dont because ive never played it, thats why i didnt say the game sucks at the beggining, but good answer, thats what im really looking for.

You obviously dont get it, I dont like it when people insult me, I havent changed the rules because someone gave an answer I didnt like, I explained why it wasnt a good reason, and look below, or above now, And youll see that ive complimented 2 post because they are real answers and if you check youll see I gave an explination of why they were good to, And I read more than you can imagine, Like the fact that what I consider a reasonbly sized book is at least 1000 pages, Ive read Lord of the Rings, Eragon, Harry Potter, a wrinkle in time and all of those books, a series of unfortunate events,( all of them except for the last which hasnt come out yet) I can send you a picture of my bookshelf and say I have read every last book up there, and my bookshelf is pretty dar big with books satcked on books because there wasnt enough room to fit them all. And Im not computer freak because you probably havent heard of even half of those books, mabye you should try going to the book store seeing as youve posted 342 posts and ive only posted 25. lol, i don't agree it's better than other games. it's a great starter game, like for the wife or little kids whose parents don't mind them playing games with demons.

I never insulted you. I asked you serious questions as to your motive. If I had insulted you, even the mods would have stepped in. There were zero insults in my posts. So please get down off the cross. I never insulted in my post.
And I did give you one reason why I think this game is better. Its the only reason I play it over others. Because it works. I have been playing MMOs quite awhile and in all the games I play I have to fight the game most of the time. If its not a bug ingame, its a technology issue. I am certain there are bugs in WoW but I honestly have yet to encounter even one bug.
Why is this such a big issue for me? Because the past 5 years have seen many games come out that are bugfests. They arent tested completely or have entire important sections missing. Each year, we as gamers become more tolerant of this. Its getting so bad that a fiasco like when Mourning was first released, will happen again and go unnoticed and be accepted as normal.
All MMOs are basically the same at the core. Especially fantasy games. EQ, EQ2, L, L2, WoW, etc. They might have different classes, lore, mechanics, etc but they are still very similiar. Heck compare WoW and EQ2. Even the zones are similiar. The Barrens and the Crossroads in WoW compared to the Commonlands and the Crossroads in EQ2. Permafrost and Winterspring. Both have a Sunken City.

Well, I'm honestly not happy with ANY MMORPG right now. I've played Knight Online, Everquest, Everquest II, EVE Online, City of Villains, Anarchy Online, The Saga of Ryzom, as well as World of Warcraft. Also if you consider Runescape and MMO I've played that and I've seen my sister play Silkroad Online and it doesn't impress me.
Basically, I play WoW because I enjoy it more than the others even if I'm not really satisfied with it. And I have friends that play WoW as well so at least I can play with them through it. Its this whole MMO addiction thing really :P To me, WoW is the lesser of all the evils.

You obviously dont get it, I dont like it when people insult me, I havent changed the rules because someone gave an answer I didnt like, I explained why it wasnt a good reason, and look below, or above now, And youll see that ive complimented 2 post because they are real answers and if you check youll see I gave an explination of why they were good to, And I read more than you can imagine, Like the fact that what I consider a reasonbly sized book is at least 1000 pages, Ive read Lord of the Rings, Eragon, Harry Potter, a wrinkle in time and all of those books, a series of unfortunate events,( all of them except for the last which hasnt come out yet) I can send you a picture of my bookshelf and say I have read every last book up there, and my bookshelf is pretty dar big with books satcked on books because there wasnt enough room to fit them all. And Im not computer freak because you probably havent heard of even half of those books, mabye you should try going to the book store seeing as youve posted 342 posts and ive only posted 25. The only MMO that comes to mind that has as much an in-depth backstory would be SWG (just so were clear DO NOT PLAY SWG , NGE RUINED IT!!!) and even Lucas stated that only the movies are really cannon so can't play around with the story much. WOW has a heap of games behind it telling the whole story. When the NPC's talk about the old orcs versus humans wars i remember helping each side win on my playstation one. When i think about the burning crusade coming back i think "oh shit" because i remember facing them on my P.C. Go onto WOW's website and you can read some of the story, they've told some of the story of the Blood elfs and Draenei (the two new races about to be published with the expansion)
Oh and just a note when there talking about how during the Burning Crusade the bood elfs were mistreadted by the Alliance remember playing that from the blood elf perpective (and boy did i hate that Dwarf )
2) Blizzard: yup thats right Blizzard, i'm a huge fan to be honest. There a very good and respectable company that have made great games. They've got a spotless record by not screwing over its customer base at all (True most MMO's have but still) when you compare that to the dangers of other games. When i do something in an MMO i need to know its aways gonna be there. Otherwise i haven't left any mark of myself and thats what i'm in a MMO to do!! I trust Blizzard most for this. There staff are the nicest in any MMO i've ever played. You look at photos of other developers for other games workpace and its all bland and pretty much like work. You look at WOW's and theres cutouts of the developers favorite characters in there and those giant air hammers for a bit of banter. Some will say "well they should be working whine whine whine" i like the fact that they know Its a game lets make it fun for all and create a good atmosphere. I remember on april fools day the blizzard devs actualy played a joke on everyone stating a terrible race that was one of the two for the burning crusade. A good work atmosphere doubles the workers productivity and that leads onto my next point...
3) OMG everything works!!: WOW is almost a bug free game its unbeliveable, most bugs are crushed easily within a few days and there customer support is top notch (not the best but top notch and nobody is gonna beat saga of ryzom for customer support) my moves.....work. All the quests ......work. Everything....works. like the last point. Blizzard won't release anything to you unless there sure it works now thats a company i want to give my money to. In pvp every profession excels at something different and can bring somehting new to the table. I'm a warrior fighting a warrior doing my stratagie, if a hunter should come aone (another brute fighting class) or a paladin if i don't change my stratagie and react to new changes your dead - not only this but because you had a role to play in the group its most likely gonna go down) Many companys reease something and go "wait isn't X better than this in every-way" or "won't Y totally dominate or unbalance" and the response (although not public) is "the payers wil handle it" I DON'T WANT TO PLAY CLEANUP for a bad move on their part and compared to other MMO's i've rarely had to in WOW (we all slip up)

So in short Yes i am obsessed with World of warcraft....And liek many other for good reasons unike many other obsessions (including some unmentioned MMO's)

Im talking about 3 reasons that are about the game not about how the company is great, Im talking about pure content like how the combat, skills, and things tell me how they are so much more special than another mmorpg, and how so many, 6 million people can possibly play for hours upon hours, not about how its bug free, I have seen a few mmorpgs with few bugs too , just a little lag after a very massive update, but what can you expect, so give me three reasons about the game, not the company and how there are no bugs, because I can assure you I have heard in quite a few accounts that Blizzard have not helped people asking for customer support, and bugs, its immpossible for a game to have no bugs at all, every game has bugs, so try to answer about just content and how this is more innovative than another mmorpg.(and Ive seen longer articles thats no novel)
You asked for 3 reasons why WoW is better then any other MMO. You didnt specify or lay down ground rules except races quests and so on. But now you are? Because you cant argue against them? What happens when someone else gives you 3 reasons you cant argue against? Going to add more stipulations? Your original post you asked for stuff not pertaining to quests, races, etc. Those are content. So you didnt want reasons about content. Now you want it only?
Something tells me no matter what is said you wont be open to it and just keeping adding on more and more stipulations. And I did give you one reason why I think this game is better. Its the only reason I play it over others. Because it works. I have been playing MMOs quite awhile and in all the games I play I have to fight the game most of the time. If its not a bug ingame, its a technology issue. I am certain there are bugs in WoW but I honestly have yet to encounter even one bug.
Why is this such a big issue for me? Because the past 5 years have seen many games come out that are bugfests. They arent tested completely or have entire important sections missing. Each year, we as gamers become more tolerant of this. Its getting so bad that a fiasco like when Mourning was first released, will happen again and go unnoticed and be accepted as normal.
All MMOs are basically the same at the core. Especially fantasy games. EQ, EQ2, L, L2, WoW, etc. They might have different classes, lore, mechanics, etc but they are still very similiar. Heck compare WoW and EQ2. Even the zones are similiar. The Barrens and the Crossroads in WoW compared to the Commonlands and the Crossroads in EQ2. Permafrost and Winterspring. Both have a Sunken City.
But the difference and attraction to me is that WoW works alot better compared to those other games.

BLizzard does not makethis game good.... i could name so many more reasons not to play WOW
the community is a bunch of 10 year olds
the game is a cookie cutter MMO with a hole where substance should be.
the PVP is nothing more than a gankfest and battlegrounds are a twinkfest.
after reaching levle 60 for the first time the game just is not fun.
finding groups is often a chore and the system for finding them is made really poorly more od a looking for sspam channel than a looking for group channel.
keep in mind i do not have a problem with the graphics or anythign else. The fact that the game is fun for a few weeks on and off is about it. I get tired of getting ganked by a jerk 50 levels above me in one hit while trying to make level 25. That is not PVP thats jsut boring.
Now if a level 25 attacked me and we had a good fight and one of us won then, that would not be so bad. I would not even care if they ganked me as much.
i played wow for about 2 day on my friend's account and then i got bored. i have to say wow really is great and one of a kind. with a lot of things to be biside lving all day on. ( i spends most of my day catching fish and over-feed my friend's pet, and i love doing it) but i think the graphic is not so great, example the character design. and also all the class and skill are limited. and the most important thing is, the game doesn't worth the cost. there are lots other great free games out there.
during the 2 days of my play i got my friends killed so many times that i lost count. i just step out of the city and some jurk pk my char. the worst part is they stand beside my char's body so when i revive they pk me again. this draged on for an hour or so till they deside to chase after some other unlucky person. so i took my chance and run back to the city and deside to never go out again.
That was the most annoying part of this one mmorpg I played, I cant remember the name but im sure itll come to me, but he kept killing me and saying hed only stop if I gave him 50k, i refused he gave up finally but it was really annoying, thats why I only play game with respawn points, so jerks dont stand over my dead body and keep killing me everytime I get back to life.

1 easy to learn and play. you don't have to worry about how you spend points in stats (i.e. str, dex, etc), because the game automatically allocates them for you. there's a bazillion game guides out there to show you how to tweak your talents for mid-levels and redo them for lvl 60 raiding. with those, you don't have to worry about picking "bad" talents. so even the talent allocation is simple and easy.
2 no death penalty. no more getting looted by players or mobs when you die = you don't lose stuff. no xp penalty on death, means you don't have to take longer to level.
3 no item decay. you never have to worry about losing any items again. now, you might outlevel them, but nothing will ever fade away.
it's pretty and it's incredibly simple to learn and play. an excellent beginner game.
for folks that have played for a while... yeah, nosomuch.
i think the above three reasons COULD be why others play and keep on playing. not losing "stuff" makes people feel uber. just no one will list any of the above, because it DOESN'T make wow better than other games, it makes it a great beginner game, and beginner games do not make you uber.
per kaplan, the game is based upon raiding, that should be on everyone's list of why wow is the best - the great raids and new raids in all (but one) patches. "learn to raid", kaplan shouted, waving his fist angrily at the sky gods of EQ... anywho, great beginner game, and i believe those same qualities are what make it 'over the top' for a lot of long time players.
could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?
Then you know what to expect. A busy Quality fantasy game. Just what loads of people really enjoy.
1) You'll get too see at least 2 naked dancing nightelf females in IronForge almost at all times.
2) There is 3 different talent trees, but you'll only have to go down one (More or less)

see, thats a pretty good answer, all you have to do is soan it out into 3 but the one you put is fine all I really want is someone to tell me a real answer, not a fanatic talking about how great the game is because they love, a real good answer would be saying that the 6 million people that play it like it just because they find it more fun than other mmorpgs, Im not allowed to say i like it or i dont because ive never played it, thats why i didnt say the game sucks at the beggining, but good answer, thats what im really looking for.

I'm a warrior fighting a warrior doing my stratagie, if a hunter should come aone (another brute fighting class) or a paladin if i don't change my stratagie and react to new changes your dead - not only this but because you had a role to play in the group its most likely gonna go down) Many companys reease something and go "wait isn't X better than this in every-way" or "won't Y totally dominate or unbalance" and the response (although not public) is "the payers wil handle it" I DON'T WANT TO PLAY CLEANUP for a bad move on their part and compared to other MMO's i've rarely had to in WOW (we all slip up)

So in short Yes i am obsessed with World of warcraft....And liek many other for good reasons unike many other obsessions (including some unmentioned MMO's)

Im talking about 3 reasons that are about the game not about how the company is great, Im talking about pure content like how the combat, skills, and things tell me how they are so much more special than another mmorpg, and how so many, 6 million people can possibly play for hours upon hours, not about how its bug free, I have seen a few mmorpgs with few bugs too , just a little lag after a very massive update, but what can you expect, so give me three reasons about the game, not the company and how there are no bugs, because I can assure you I have heard in quite a few accounts that Blizzard have not helped people asking for customer support, and bugs, its immpossible for a game to have no bugs at all, every game has bugs, so try to answer about just content and how this is more innovative than another mmorpg.(and Ive seen longer articles thats no novel)
You asked for 3 reasons why WoW is better then any other MMO. You didnt specify or lay down ground rules except races quests and so on. But now you are? Because you cant argue against them? What happens when someone else gives you 3 reasons you cant argue against? Going to add more stipulations? Your original post you asked for stuff not pertaining to quests, races, etc. Those are content. So you didnt want reasons about content. Now you want it only?
Something tells me no matter what is said you wont be open to it and just keeping adding on more and more stipulations. Might as well title this thread what it truly is "Give me Three good reasons WoW is better then any other MMORPG without saying anything good about WoW at all because I cant accept it."

Now I have laid down ground rules I have already accepted the answers and look above, if you accually read the forums you will see that I really did compliment some body and say, thats a good reason, if you check youll find that. And dont insult me because you dont know how to read the entire forum to find that i have accepted three GOOD reasons, not bad ones like wow, this game is great because, one reason, you can do stuff, thats not a good answer, and all I can say to some posts is that its the same for all other mmorpgs. I never insulted you. I asked you serious questions as to your motive. If I had insulted you, even the mods would have stepped in. There were zero insults in my posts. So please get down off the cross. I never insulted in my post.
And I did give you one reason why I think this game is better. Its the only reason I play it over others. Because it works. I have been playing MMOs quite awhile and in all the games I play I have to fight the game most of the time. If its not a bug ingame, its a technology issue. I am certain there are bugs in WoW but I honestly have yet to encounter even one bug.
Why is this such a big issue for me? Because the past 5 years have seen many games come out that are bugfests. They arent tested completely or have entire important sections missing. Each year, we as gamers become more tolerant of this. Its getting so bad that a fiasco like when Mourning was first released, will happen again and go unnoticed and be accepted as normal.
All MMOs are basically the same at the core. Especially fantasy games. EQ, EQ2, L, L2, WoW, etc. They might have different classes, lore, mechanics, etc but they are still very similiar. Heck compare WoW and EQ2. Even the zones are similiar. The Barrens and the Crossroads in WoW compared to the Commonlands and the Crossroads in EQ2. Permafrost and Winterspring. Both have a Sunken City.
But the difference and attraction to me is that WoW works alot better compared to those other games.

Basically, I play WoW because I enjoy it more than the others even if I'm not really satisfied with it. And I have friends that play WoW as well so at least I can play with them through it. Its this whole MMO addiction thing really :P To me, WoW is the lesser of all the evils.

Ok tell ya what i won't even mention combat, diversity, end-game activities. animations and other stuff because pretty much every MMO has them and if i do list them it would be only my matter of taste (and over 6 million others compared to other mmo's which are struggling to try to get that 500k mark)
1) Content: World of warcraft is absolutely seeping with content and backstory, more than any MMO ever i believe, most cry out against WOW saying it has a lack of content. I for one have never seen any mmo with more. Provided you actualy read into it. And i mean read into it because theres books out there about the universe of WOW thats right books!! The only MMO that comes to mind that has as much an in-depth backstory would be SWG (just so were clear DO NOT PLAY SWG , NGE RUINED IT!!!) and even Lucas stated that only the movies are really cannon so can't play around with the story much. WOW has a heap of games behind it telling the whole story. When the NPC's talk about the old orcs versus humans wars i remember helping each side win on my playstation one. When i think about the burning crusade coming back i think "oh shit" because i remember facing them on my P.C. Go onto WOW's website and you can read some of the story, they've told some of the story of the Blood elfs and Draenei (the two new races about to be published with the expansion)
Oh and just a note when there talking about how during the Burning Crusade the bood elfs were mistreadted by the Alliance remember playing that from the blood elf perpective (and boy did i hate that Dwarf
)
2) Blizzard: yup thats right Blizzard, i'm a huge fan to be honest. There a very good and respectable company that have made great games. They've got a spotless record by not screwing over its customer base at all (True most MMO's have but still) when you compare that to the dangers of other games. When i do something in an MMO i need to know its aways gonna be there. Otherwise i haven't left any mark of myself and thats what i'm in a MMO to do!! I trust Blizzard most for this. There staff are the nicest in any MMO i've ever played. You look at photos of other developers for other games workpace and its all bland and pretty much like work. You look at WOW's and theres cutouts of the developers favorite characters in there and those giant air hammers for a bit of banter. Some will say "well they should be working whine whine whine" i like the fact that they know Its a game lets make it fun for all and create a good atmosphere. I remember on april fools day the blizzard devs actualy played a joke on everyone stating a terrible race that was one of the two for the burning crusade. A good work atmosphere doubles the workers productivity and that leads onto my next point...
3) OMG everything works!!: WOW is almost a bug free game its unbeliveable, most bugs are crushed easily within a few days and there customer support is top notch (not the best but top notch and nobody is gonna beat saga of ryzom for customer support) my moves.....work. All the quests ......work. Everything....works. like the last point. Blizzard won't release anything to you unless there sure it works now thats a company i want to give my money to. In pvp every profession excels at something different and can bring somehting new to the table. BLizzard does not makethis game good.... i could name so many more reasons not to play WOW
keep in mind i do not have a problem with the graphics or anythign else. The fact that the game is fun for a few weeks on and off is about it. I get tired of getting ganked by a jerk 50 levels above me in one hit while trying to make level 25. That is not PVP thats jsut boring.
Now if a level 25 attacked me and we had a good fight and one of us won then, that would not be so bad. I would not even care if they ganked me as much.
i played wow for about 2 day on my friend's account and then i got bored. i have to say wow really is great and one of a kind. with a lot of things to be biside lving all day on. ( i spends most of my day catching fish and over-feed my friend's pet, and i love doing it) but i think the graphic is not so great, example the character design. and also all the class and skill are limited. and the most important thing is, the game doesn't worth the cost. there are lots other great free games out there.
