Im getting sick of all the fantasy games comeing out, they all play the same it seems.. Sci-Fi mmo's are realy getting my attention... I still remember Starwars Galaxies Pre-CU and even CU being the greatest gameplay of my life. So im leaning towards Fallen Earth and then Star Trek Online
3. It was Vanguard, but that's starting to fall on my list. Like someone else stated, Brad has a huge ego on him. His constant bashing, and attention whoring has been working on my opinion of the game.
OMG conan is a kids game where you dont have to worry about armor or weapon breaking all the stuff you need is off npc like a Single player game and i dont like single player games.

If you haven't noiticed.... AoC has M rating, so it is not for kids

You lost me on the PvP comment.... what is it about the PvP in those two games that doesn't appeal to you? He dislike PvP. Me I will not try AoC because of it (unless they have a PvE server???), WAR I am myself willing to try it, despite the fact I doubt I will enjoy the PvP, especially when mixed with other races in a faction...very weird PvP.

AoC is not only pvp. Actually I hear that the pvp in AoC is "guilds" only and in some zones

Then maybe, but I doubt I can be happy as a PvErs in AoC, I would not settle for second-rated gear, I need to work on the best (PvE-wise, if a sword is +10 against a player, I can't care less and don't feel like a draw to work on it, unless I want to PvP which would indeed make me a PvP player if this happen)...and I am pretty sure AoC isn't that, might read it anew however...but these devs are nice enough to tell the truth, instead of getting undue attention from peoples who may dislike stuff, they get only motivated folks to talk and praise the game...much better. (except a few random trolls that are usually unskilled and unable to bring forth anything but a smile from the readers)

If reservations about PvP are keeping you from bing interested in Age of Conan... You might want to give it a second look. I am sure they have said you can play the game and not engage in PvP. I know you build your city an a PvE area, where you defend it from NPC bandits, and lay siege on their city if things work out in your favor. You can build a keep in a PvP area if you want, but you don't have to... or if your guild wants to, they can have both.. with the guys who prefer to stay away from PvP still having the important job of defending the guild city.. Also, this game is not supposed to be as item driven as other games, where if you don't want to do 40 man raids you don't get the fat loots. I am a proud carebear myself... and I personally cant wait for this game.
What confuses me about the post i quoted is... if he doesn't like PvP... why list vanguard and HJ as games he is looking forward to, but not Conan?
edit... i wanted to add, as an AO player, I trust them when they say the game will have plenty of room for PvP and PvE players to keep themselves busy.
Most eager to play Vanguard because I'm old school like that. I dig the art of Kieth Parkinson and I like the whole Dungeons and Dragons type stuff the most, probably because I used to play it a bit when I was younger. I actually like the art and the magazines and the lead models mostly, just praying that one day there would be a video game that was like real life D&D. Vanguard won't be that, but as close as I will get in the next 6 months or so.
Also very much looking forward to any MMO effort BioWare is working on. Just like Blizzard, the BioWare name represents high quality. I really hope BioWare makes a definitive Star Wars experience, but I'll settle for whatever they publish.
Heroes Journey, Chronicles of Spellborn, Darkfall, Tabula Rasa, Age of Conan, Warhammer Online...the list goes on and on. Any of these games could be the next game I play for a few years. I just hope one or three of them are truly immersive and cerebral.

Because I have the impression that those are not free-for-all ganking games, where as AoC seems like it might be one. They openly stated that the game is being built from the ground up with PvP in mind, and their endgame is described as consisting of huge siege battles, which sounds pretty much like WoW's battlegrounds to me.
And yes, the other poster was right; PvP is the most decisive factor for me when choosing a game. If I can't avoid it, I simply will not play, no matter what other qualities the game has; otherwise I might give it a try.
even though its just gonna be another GW type, so i guess a lot of people wont think of it as mmorpg. Well, an RPG game doesnt have to be mmo to be good. Too bad not a lot of people in this forums have the right pc specs to even play Oblivion....
Thing is, Oblivion, is the best RPG i have ever played (well, one of the best) and it doesnt have multiplayer... even i would be amazed if even they just let up to 4 players play simultaneously. But even though, i still love it.

Getting back on topic...
1. Fallen Earth. Not a lot has been released yet, but I'm definitely excited. I love the whole post-apocalypse genre.
2. Vanguard.
3. Star Trek Online (I want to see if they can pull it off)
