Thanks to everyone for their help, I will be getting a new video card some time soon, and also going on to an EU server atually improved my frame rate by about twice as much.

From what I can tell, my video card is "intel(R) Q33 express chipset family". That's the only sort of info. I can find on that. Thanks again for your help.
