No, once you have outleveled your contact, that is it. However, the flashback system provides access to every storyline and contact. You can even run the original Positron task force solo.

There is some battleground type PVP, it is very easy to get into, and there is no option to play a villain at this time, unless you are roleplaying one. Otherwise, you have to create a hero.
