This topic has been thoroughly explored in many threads; however, I will speak my primary opinion on the matter of microtransactions:
I hate being slapped in the face for money while playing a game. This is why I prefer a subscription model. Or,…
The game is a lot of fun for 1 play through. I treated it like a single player game and I enjoyed it a lot.
The problem I found was that the game guides you all the way to 50, you beat your storyline and then nothing. It wasn't even that they s…
Three thoughts:
1) (Not so much in response to the article, but to some of the other posts) This is not EVE, nor should it be. I don't want them to waste time on corporations in space and space mining. Go play EVE if you want that kind of (boring) …
In addition, all purchasable gear introduced in Mists of Pandaria that once had a reputation requirement will no longer have such a restrictriction. Additionally, this gear can now be purchased with Justice Points instead of Valor Points.

I've begun to seriously ask myself this question. Why am I bothering anymore? I'm starting to feel like I'm getting to old for mmos, and I should just give it up.
But I do love them.
Originally posted by Riposte. This I don't mind the smaller groups, as they allow for gear to be obtained faster. I've played both Everquest and WoW and I don't really find the bigger groups to be all that great because that means you just need to fi…

They have 8 man groups too. And 24 I believe. The 4 man groups are just for the story mode dungeons.
That's good to hear, but I imagine that's the equivalent of 10-man and 25-man raids? Or is 8 man something different
I just don't get it.
I mean, it looks cool and all, but it seems like a lot of pointless effort on the part of the devs. On top of that, parkour doesn't really fit in a fantasy world. At least not by a wizard. A rogue certainly makes sense, but …
It's also the funnest class I've played so far. It isn't as bursty as a Thaum, damage wise, but it feels more like a traditional utility mage type class than the others, IMO. Kind of reminds me playing a WoW shadow priest or something (with a pet)
To be honest, this man is the primary reason I am even giving this game a chance.
A month or so ago, I read his explanation of the game's combat system and several of their design decisions involving leveling speed and FATEs, and basically ever…
I'm actually looking at it now that it's not FTP. That is now my first criterion. I like to pay for things that are worth paying for, and then not be harassed about money the entire time I play
