• There's simply not a lot you can do to increase settings  beyond default. There's one higher setting for the shadows which makes little difference. You can play around with how much grass you see. The biggest problem is view distance. If they could …

• Yep. Got through pre-order last week. Account still not active. I guess they've bought themselves 3 days to get all the pre-order people in game. Hopefully we'll be playing by the weekend.
