Most of these games look pretty cool. As long as they have a good story to them, graphics and such don't make much of a difference to me.

A really great community is starting here: http://www.solsticeserver.com The people there are really nice. I've not seen one single flaming post or argument. The game looks like it will be cool as well.

Games definitely don't need to be 3D to be enjoyable. I find that I like the older style much better. You don't have to have a super computer to play it either.
