Would be cool to get an expansion D4 next, witch adds a multiplayer city (meetingpost/AH/PvP) for all chars and functions as a quest hubb. Witch you can only enter after hell or inferno, to cleanse "the world"of all evil.

Dunno if it will help you with your problems, but I very much enjoy "Advance system care" from IObit (free). it keeps my system clean from junk and maleware and also fixes your registry.
