I love the ascension atlas system for character customization and being able to eventually do everything on one character. The fair f2p model is a very nice plus as well.

I enjoy how easy it is to just hop in and play a mission or 2 then do something else if I need to. The class system is also refreshing by not having to make a hundred alts.

I desperately need a new mmo, and this one has Obsidian behind it as well as some cool features like the class system which will hopefully prevent me from endlessly rerolling characters.
