ok problem number two, have client 3900 from gamershell. Apparently came out around 2006. I login and it says I need to patch so I hit ok. Then nothing happens. Are you supposed to see a patching screen?

I use charter as my ISP and they don't have and a tracert doesn't go anywhere near their servers. Here's something interesting though, I can connect to the site using a proxy. possible dns problems?
