EU players are not banned from the open beta, atleast not from the stress test. There was no problem at all for me to enter it and I will continue to play on the open-beta

After 2 hours of pain i finally got my confirm code to continue. I had to start from the beginning a few times and to wait pushing the update buttom when the site went down because full capacity. Just dont give up it will work.
