The game'd only be interesting if MS'll release it for PC someday... AFAIK if you want to play it with your xbox, you need to pay for that Xbox Live thing and the game... Pretty bad idea.

Got my cd after 2 days (France->Germany). And I haven't got any SQL error (tried with Firebird and IE6)...

You haven't found that options, because it doesn't exist I'd also like to see the board in my good ol' GMT(plus)1 timezone, but who cares!? Mybe if you post your request in the Site Suggestions Section, somebody'll add timezone support...

Umm.. I don't think that the time of the signup affects your chances But good luck!! The odds are also very high, because nobody from Europe and Canada (like me, who has already been accepted for Beta 2 ) can take part.
