As long as "Seasons" exist this game will struggle. Making it hard to level, long to gain materials and difficult to unlock greater items then just "wiping" the whole thing after a few months will keep people away.

Wiping chars every 3 months is the issue. You can't have people spend weeks/months working on their chars/houses then just take them from them. Ask Last Oasis how that worked out.

This game is really not good. Only on foot at home port, its a sort of instanced server setup. By that I mean there are not that many people in the area and the grind is real for materials. Tried it, another ubisoft fail.

The real issue is multiplayer is full of hackers. They can insta wipe your base and even delete your character off the server. So indeed it needs work, to be fixed before it gets worse.

Just FYI, this games official servers is full of hackers. They can delete bases, delete characters, ban you off servers and everything else.

just an FYI. Palworld is randomly resetting its Official servers. No warnings just setting everything back to 0 so you lose your character, your stuff Everything. Bad management is bad.
